Parkway Dental at Eagle

Thank you for the fantastic dental experience! Everyone was so kind, professional and detailed oriented. Dr. Hendricks was gentle and informative with no pressure to do anything, he just informed and offered solutions. Emily was so friendly and made me feel comfortable from the start and my teeth feel so clean and smooth. Thank you to the whole staff. I'm actually looking forward to my next visit.

Office staff and hygienist are so kind and welcoming. Scheduling was hassle free and they worked around my busy schedule. They make the experience of going to the dentist worry and stress free. I saw Dr Spencer and she is so patient and really spends time and listens to concerns. She addressed any questions I had and only suggested necessary treatment without pressure of things that didn’t need to be done that I have experienced from other offices.

I have just recently moved here to the Boise area and wanted to get a cleaning right away. I called on Monday and they got me in the next day. Had no wait time (the hygienist had to wait for me to fill out my paperwork!). The hygienist l had (I think her name was Kelly) was very thorough with the cleaning; she even checked for swollen glands and measured gum recession around each tooth. She also informed me of areas that I was failing to brush properly like the sides of the very back molars and gave tips on how to reach those areas. The dentist Dr. Hendricks was very nice as well. He showed me, on the x-ray photos, areas that could potentially become cavities. There was one spot above my canine that was very sensitive and enamel was deteriorating. He was able to put filling on it before I left and I did not have to wait long for that either. Overall, great experience!

I chipped my lower front tooth and my dentist was out of town. I was a little worried about it, but Parkway got me in next day, the staff was super nice, and the filling was perfect - couldn't tell which tooth got the filling. The dentist did an awesome job.

Things went much better than I expected today. I typically dread going to the dentist but Dr Hendricks is truly amazing! Do not hesitate to see him! The entire staff is super nice, too.

I have honestly never visited a dentist office like this. You walk in, and everyone knows who you are. You get checked in immediately. The gal at the front desk was so sweet and talkative (made me feel right at home). The hygienist was amazing; extremely thoughtful, very gentle on my teeth, and really nice to chat with. The doctor is always great as well; he’s personable and always prompt. I would definitely recommend this office highly!

Love going to a place of business and being treated as part of the family. I was checked in before I entered the building. I was spotted in my car talking on the phone before entering. Also they asked about our trip we were planning when in for our last visit. I can say “I enjoyed my dentist appointment “

The team at Parkway Dental in Eagle are seriously the best! You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and bring up conversations from past visits to talk about. For example, my husband and I mentioned we were looking to buy a house in the area and on the next visit they asked if we had found anything. Vernessa at the front is so warm and welcoming and I appreciate that she will text one week and one day out from the appointment as a reminder. I will continue to come here for years to come because of how amazing the entire staff is!

I wanted to share my experience at this dentist office. Talk about a great crew. So friendly and willing to work with you on any issues you may have. The care from the staff as far as the dental work goes.
TOP NOTCH!!! I generally panic at dentist, but they had me laughing and actually enjoying my appt.

Personable, great approach. Efficient process with the x rays, and cleaning that I had to do for a first visit. Everything was explained well for me to understand potential areas of concern for down the road. Accommodating appointment times. Thanks!
