Review of Dentists of Greenwood
Dentists of Greenwood: This dental office located in Greenwood Village, Colorado offers a range of services including general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, oral surgery, dental hygiene, and teeth whitening. The office is open Monday through Friday, with limited hours on some days. Unfortunately, they are closed on weekends.
While some customers have had positive experiences with Dentists of Greenwood, others have had negative experiences. Some customers have reported feeling pressured to purchase unnecessary and expensive services. One customer reported being told they needed an expensive laser/deep cleaning treatment to reverse gum disease, but their new dentist told them it was completely unnecessary. Another customer reported being recommended for two crowns and two root canals, but their new dentist said they only needed the crowns replaced. Some customers have also reported rude and unprofessional behavior from the office staff.
On the other hand, some customers have reported positive experiences with the friendly and knowledgeable staff. One customer praised their dental hygienist for being friendly and knowledgeable. Another customer said that everyone from the front desk to the dentist was friendly and kind throughout the entire process.
Overall, Dentists of Greenwood offers a range of dental services, but customers should be cautious and do their research before agreeing to any expensive treatments. It may be worth considering other dental offices in the area with more consistent positive reviews.

When I used to think of the dentist's office, it used to conjure up images of blood, pain, and continuous shaming about how I'm not brushing and flossing correctly or enough. So it's no surprise that I avoided the dentist for over a decade.
At 32 years of age, I decided it's finally time to adult. And what's a better way to adult than getting my teeth healthy? I shopped around online and finally landed on Dentists of Greenwood, partially because of the proximity to my house and partially because of the great reviews I saw.
Well sometimes reviews can be deceiving. In this case, if anything, they weren't generous enough with their praise. I've been going to Dr. Lily for about 3 weeks now, and I already feel more comfortable with her and the rest of the staff than I do around many of the people I work with every day.
Every time I've gone there I've met someone new. That's a potential for a bad interaction. On the contrary, every time I meet someone it's a pleasure. The entire staff is extremely friendly and professional. The duo who always take care of me are Dr. Lily and Hilary. These two especially make my day every time I come in to get some work done. But it's not just them. Everyone from Natalie the office manager to Tiffany the dental assistant has made me feel like I've been a friend for years.
But enough about this all-star cast of characters, you guys want to hear about how painful it is. Look, if you don't take care of your teeth for as long as I didn't, you're gonna have a bit of pain no matter what. I can honestly say that my experience here has been far less painful than any of my old dentists. Dr. Lily made absolutely sure I was fully numb before digging around in my teeth guts. I'm pretty sure that's the medical term. When I got my root canal on the first day I went in, there wasn't even a little bit of pain. Then I went right back to work after the appointment. Sadly, we live in a society where that is made necessary, but in an overpriced world that's designed to keep the lower and middle classes down, it's nice to find something as simple as a Dentist that doesn't make it so painful that you can't go back to the grind right afterwards.
The only way I would consider going to another dentist after discovering this office is if the entire staff decided to up and relocate together. I absolutely can't oversell this place enough. Stop in for a cleaning or whatever and discover that modern dentistry can be so much more pleasant than it ever was before. Now if I could just get them to give me a haircut...

Tiffany was AMAZING!! She kept reminding me to take deep breaths through my nose which helped a ton. Dr Lily is awesome and super friendly and de-scaled my teeth herself after her hygienist left for the day. Viviana was super helpful in making sure I understood the charges with my insurance and how all that works. I love this office! Everyone is so nice! ❤

Was new to the area and went in for a check-up. I've always had good dental health in the past including at my prior 6 month check-up at my previous dentist. When I came here, I was told I had early onset gum disease and need extra procedures that were not covered by my insurance. Also that I would probably be getting a few cavities shortly (whatever that meant). I was skeptical so I visited another dentist for a second opinion. Sure enough, I am cavity free and my gums are very healthy!. This place is just trying to upcharge you.

This is by far the worst dentist office I have ever heard of. This office is for profit at any cost. I would never get work done here without getting a second opinion. I hope this reviews stops somebody from making the same mistake I made. Don't let these people touch your teeth

Dentist of Greenwood were super nice from my first cleaning service to helping me schedule a wisdom teeth extraction. Everyone there was very nice through both services. They were always available for us to answer all of our questions. Definitely recommend their services to anyone who wants the best attention.

Great service and care, nice clean facilities and they perform everything you need on the premises from cleaning to 3d printing crowns and putting them in (is what I've had done there). Always a pleasure with the friendly staff. Edna the dental hygienist is especially caring and professional.

Been coming here a few years now. All the staff are great, and I always look forward to seeing my hygienist Edna! Highly recommend Dentists of Greenwood to anyone.

Dentists of Greenwood was the first dentist I tried after moving to Colorado. The office is clean and modern. The staff was professional and polite. Overall my check-up and cleaning experience was fine. The issue I had with their practice was the constant "up-selling" and it felt like they were more interested in making money off me than me as a patient. They convinced me to get a fluoride treatment and "cancer screening" (looking at my tongue and mouth with a special light) that weren't covered by my insurance and were more expensive than they'd implied they would be. The dentist also insisted I would need a crown immediately (even though my insurance had a 6 month waiting period and wouldn't cover any of it before then). When I said I would need to discuss the cost with my husband, they pressured me repeatedly to schedule the procedure while I was there. I ended up getting a second opinion shortly after from another dentist who confirmed I did not need a crown. It's been almost two years and I still don't need a crown, so obviously it was not as urgent as they'd implied.

I was looking for a new dentist that was close to work and had office hours that worked with my schedule. I called for an appointment and Heather was able to find an opening the following week. I arrived a few minutes early and after a quick check-in process was seen immediately. I'm happy to have found a dentist that values my time and doesn't have me sitting in the waiting area for an eternity. I highly recommend Dentists of Greenwood!

Absolutely horrific experience.
If you want to waste your time on a front desk receptionist who doesn’t know how to properly schedule or an appointment or be robbed of all your money even with insurance for their ridiculous overpriced services - this is the place for you!!
