These guys are awesome. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. Julie went above and beyond to help me track down old records and work with my insurance company. Dianna was super friendly while cleaning my teeth. Dr. Burtwistle was very nice and direct while discussing my needs and treatment plan. I had a great first impression of the office and I'm glad that I've chosen them for my dental care.

Most people hate going to the dentist. My guess behind that is because they aren’t going to Monument Family Dental. Truly every experience I have had there has been outstanding. Even getting fillings isn’t bad. They truly embrace the “family” in their name. Staff is awesome and very friendly (shout out to Kim and Chris) Dr. Brad has done a phenomenal job with his dentistry!

Another outstanding appointment with friendly, professional and talented people! I was disappointed that this office is choosing to make their customers wear masks under the banner of safety. The government is no longer requiring this. I don't need other people to take responsibility for my safety and anyone who chooses to wear a mask, or a properly fitted KN95 mask that is sealed around their face is 100% free to make their own choice.
Just one disappointment on an otherwise outstanding visit. I look forward to the next one.

We switched to this dentist about 6 months ago and couldn't be happier. I had some issues with dental work done elsewhere and Dr. Burtwhistle was quickly able to correct it. The doctor, hygienists and assistants are excellent at explaining what needs to be done, why, and what to expect. Cannot recommend this office enough.

Very pleased with my first experience with this professional and happy office. The entire staff was welcoming and helpful from start to finish. Kim was the hygienist. She explained everything in advance and showed me that she not only knew what she was doing, she truly cared about what she was doing. I felt very comfortable throughout the appointment. Dr Burtwistle did a thorough exam and gave me some things to do and consider for long term healthy teeth. Julie was great as the manager/insurance coordinator. Overall, great experience. 5 stars!
