Don’t know where these bad reviews are from because they are very nice and the office is clean as can be. I was there in the parking lot last weds and hadn’t been feeling well that morning but really wanted to get this work done basically as soon as I pulled in I threw up and then they called to see why I was late for my appt. after explaining I was in the lot but not doing well. She was very sympathetic and we rescheduled for the next day. I was still sick and wasn’t able to call them till Monday to reschedule again. I know most offices won’t allow this to happen and will cut you off after 2 missed appts. I am so happy they allowed me back and today we got started on my procedures. Dr. Faizi was very accommodating with my request very minimal novacaine. I hate the stuff and it will make me sick to my stomach if they give me too much(comfort dental). I can take more pain than most people and he was surprised I could sit still while
He pulled 2 teeth. I am very anti dentist have been all my life. Now I’m looking forward to my next appt and getting all of the problems I’ve got going on and fixing the bad work comfort dental down there did.

Experienced staff with the latest training and equipment. Very geniune and professional. Dr. Faizi makes you feel welcome and has a great chair side manner. He is also highly skilled and does excellent work. Diane was my hygenist and she too has a great chair side manner. She keeps you informed of what she is working on which means the world to me when I'm in the chair. Thank you providers and staff of Down to Earth Dental.

Best dental office in town staff is always friendly. The dentist explains everything before he starts and makes sure you are comfortable all of my kids go there and my 4 year old loves the dentist and has never been scared by this dental office i send all of my family and friends here i highly recommend Down To Earth dental

Nice dentist and staff but had an appointment scheduled, called off work for the appt, got there and they had a sign that said closed due to inclement weather. Wish I could’ve gotten a phone call the morning of.

Had an appointment scheduled. I called to let them know I was throwing up and unable to make my appointment and kris answered the phone phone and told me to go find another dentist. I told him I was trying to make the appointment but had just thrown up. He seems unsympathetic and looked to see how I paid my bills. I was just put on medicaid but was anot insurance patient before and put a lot of money into this office when Frisbee was there. He dismissed me because I was medicaid. He was really rude and I kept apologizing he then said I would have to wait at least a month out to be seen again. BAD BUSINESS PRACTCE. Especially when you call me the day my appointment is to tell me Frisbee quit.

Worst customer service. They wonder why I didn’t call to cancel my appointment. Well is because I found a better place and refuse to take my family to such an unprofessional atmosphere. This place went down hill after dr.frisbee left. It’s embarrassing that this place is even still open. I would go into detail of all the bad experiences but I feel I have already wasted valuable time. DO NOT GO HERE! Find a better place for the sake of your teeth. Place is unsanitary and has extremely poor customer service.
