I absolutely love this staff, they always take care of me no matter what. They are very easy to relate to and are there when you need someone to talk to. Oh, and they do clean your teeth as well. The staff and the doctor is very kind very caring and very understanding when you have to reschedule an appointment. They will also help you with payments or even if you just need a friend.

Love Down to Earth! Great place because they open on Saturdays, are super friendly and their medical staff always treat me with care. They will work to make sure they find a good date and time for you to come in so you never miss a cleaning. They also accept most insurances and are great at being transparent about pricing if something is not covered. Highly recommend!

Randomly one morning while eating breakfast, I had lost my front bottom tooth. Just a week before moving to London. I was in complete shock. Devastated. I was uncontrollably crying and just an overall mess.
I had a very full schedule, strict expenses and no insurance. I didn’t know what to do. But thankfully I was recommended to Down to Earth and let me just say, they saved me.
I couldn’t leave the country without a tooth nor finish out my job, which also requires a lot of talking, without a tooth.
I’m so incredibly thankful for my dentists’ for fitting me in on their tight schedules. They gave me all my options, help me choose the best one for my situation and was able to get insurance through them!
I was able to walk out with my temporary crown that day! I have my follow-up appointment for my permanent here soon and I’m very excited!
They were able to expedite the process since I leave here very soon!

I don't usually write reviews, but I had to write this one due to my worse experience as a "new" patient that ended up canceling.
I made appointment with them as a new patient via phone. They asked all normal questions such as dental history and insurance info, etc. After the call, they sent an automated text message to fill out the new patient form, and I proceeded and submitted. Once the appointment date came and I visited the office, they mentioned that their system was down and lost all the information. I understand systems could go down once in a while. That's fine, but strangely I still received automated reminder texts saying my appointment was date of when the system was supposedly down. I rescheduled with them for the week after, and they kept sending automated message saying I did not fill out new patient form, but they mentioned they got the new patient form, so I don't need to worry about it. The reschedule date comes and they call me back saying their system was down and don't have my dentist history... Either they need to hire a IT consultant to fix the automated system or someone doesn't know what they're doing.

I have pretty bad anxiety regarding the dentist, and my gag reflex is a nightmare.
Having the option of sedation dentistry makes me able to come to the dentist. Without this option I would not go!
Everything about my visit went smoothly and quickly. Highly recommend!

Two lower front teeth broke at the gum line. It was just a week after the passing of my wife. They took me in that day for the difficult removal. They were very kind and understanding. I was scheduled for a trip to Vienna Astraila and wanted to have a bridge in place prior to leaving. The put a rush on the making and the bridge was ready days ahead of my departure. Beautiful work and I don't have to be embarrassed smiling.

When I tell you I actually cried tears of joy...this team is thoughtful, kind, and empathetic. If you've had bad dentist experiences and they've kept you from taking care of your dental needs, you should go to Down to Earth. I couldn't be happier with the staff, the environment, and especially the extended hours. 10/10😊😊

Most comfortable cleaning I have ever gotten from Natalie the dental hygienist. She took her time and was very welcoming song with other staff that treated me that day. Will definitely go here from now on for all my dental needs.
