Pueblo Modern Dentistry and Orthodontics

I have always had high anxiety with any dental procedure and avoided dentists like the plague. After I had a MVA and required extensive repair work, I went to 2 other local dentists, but was very unhappy with their work. I finally found Pueblo Modern Dentistry. They have been incredible across the board. They addressed all my concerns, and worked very hard to ensure I ended up with a great team. EVERY business, should treat their clients/customers so well! I honestly look forward to my visits now!! Before going here, I'd literally cry every time I got in a dentists chair. They are amazing. The staff are beautiful, caring, concerned, incredible people - every one of them. Becky is a terrific Manager - like having a concierge from a 5☆ hotel! Dr. Pinkard is truly gifted, and her dental assistant Brittany is an ABSOLUTE treasure!!! Her personality is vibrant and loving, and her work is very impressive. I can't thank them enough. #PuebloModernDentistry - Their office provided literally life changing service.

I had a terrible experience. Incompetent staff made check in take 2 trips. Staff was very condescending, and service was deplorabe.

I still have not received a treatment plan from 2 days ago, after staff said go home and wait for an email.

Companies like this get away with treating clients bad because nobody speaks up about it.

The staff at PMD are professional and friendly. They provide courtesy calls prior to your appointment as reminders to your appointment. The quality of work is well above other dentists in the area. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

I wouldn't reccomend anyone to this dentistry. I made an appointment because it seemed like a nice clean place. Should have listened to the saying "Dont judge a book by its cover"! My first appointment I said was for a cleaning which I verified. I get there for my appointmentment for them just to think its ONLY to look at my teeth. So I had to wait 30 minutes for the dentist to find a hygienist. Never found anyone so she did it. At the end my permanent retainer was still not as clean as it should have been. Second issue. My partner came here about a week after I did and had the same issue with them thinking it's just to look at his teeth no cleaning when it was made clear a second time that's what he wanted. So again waited 20 minutes to find someone to clean his teeth. Now speed up 6 months. I called asking about when my appointment is and the receptionist on the phone was far from friendly and had no sense of humor or sense of customer service. They tried to call me to remind me of my appointment which I sent to voicemail. I'm not going to give this place my time, money, or business if they can't even treat me like a client/customer.

My daughter had an orthodontist mishap over the weekend. Thankfully the staff at Pueblo Modern were working and willing to see if they could help make my daughter comfortable over the weekend. Even though it was not able to be fixed right away the doctor gave us pictures and showed us how to remove her appliance till see could be seen on Tuesday at the orthodontist. Both the doctor and staff were very nice and willing to stay late since we were driving from Colorado Springs. Very appreciative they helped us.

I am a federal employee impacted by the shutdown and Pueblo Modern Dentistry purposely scheduled my daughter a fake appointment and even called and confirmed it the day before. When we arrived to her appointment they asked what we were there for and then said my daughter couldn't be seen. They knew about the shutdown and thought it was funny to make a fake appointment, have me leave work, waste gas, pull my daughter out of school, and drive all the way there for nothing. If you want a dentist that cares for you and your family DO NOT GO TO PUEBLO MODERN DENTISTRY!

We paid for services in advance ($900 with insurance). A temporary was placed. It came out twice. Went in for final appointment. They did a portion of the work then said the dentist that was supposed to finish the work wasn't working and they would have to place the temp back on and reschedule. The procedure had been scheduled for weeks. Wages were lost for 3 visits due to incompetence. They should have informed us prior to arriving to the appointment that they made in error in their scheduling, not do a portion of the work then say "Oh by the way, the dentist that needs to complete your procedure is gone for the day".

Edited to add: (6/1/18) The office discounted the services by about $400 and refunded $280. The assistant manager of operations was apologetic as well as the provider who was not there to provide the scheduled service.

Everyone was very kind. Elizabeth the hygienist was sweet and incredibly informative. This is the best dental experience I've had! I had my 3 kids scheduled as well and they took great care of us.

I am terrified of dentists and hadn't been to one in several years, but when I started having mouth pain I knew I would have to find a new dentist. Pueblo Modern Dentistry got me in the day I called and my experience was surprisingly positive. Every person I dealt with was pleasant and kind. The cleaning Debi gave my teeth was thorough, yet gentle...probably the best cleaning I have ever had. I've been to at least ten other dentists in my adult life and hadn't found one I could trust. I am so glad to have found Pueblo Modern Dentistry!

I went to Pueblo Modern Dentistry after moving here from another state. I was fortunate enough to get Dr. Ashley Pinkard! She is a GODSEND!! I am petrified of needles due to past proceedures. She and her staff was informative, comforting, empathetic and truly caring. She actually made a plan of action for my needs. I have been to other dentists and not one has ever done that!! So I had my proceedure, along with the shots I needed to do them! I didn't feel a thing! I give them an A+++++++! Go see them, you won't regret it. She is a truly caring person and a compassionate Dr. I'd recommend them to everyone. I even took my husband there!
