Pueblo Modern Dentistry and Orthodontics

Riane was my RDH that cleaned my teeth. She was very friendly and did an amazing job! She is an exceptional dental hygienist and made me feel comfortable during the entire visit! The assistant Angela very helpful to Riane during my cleaning. So far the entire team here had been awesome!

They will try and sell you products you don’t need and lie to your face. I felt like I was visiting a shady car lot so I went to another dentist for a second opinion and everything Pueblo Modern Dentistry said I “needed” was either not needed or a flat out lie.

I am always nervous to go to the dentist. Right away I felt comfortable, however. I can tell the staff truly does care about you and what happens to your teeth. Sometimes I have minor anxiety, and the fact that I felt comfortable made me know I was in good care. When I first arrived the dentist sat down with me to get to know me which I thought was really personable and nice. Then I had an exam done, and I didnt feel any pain except minor discomfort (expected when going to the dentist). I hada cavity and needed a cleaning. After this, the financial person came to talk with me about the exact fees I'd be up against. This is absolutely outstanding service, and made me feel like they cared about me financially, too. She was super friendly and we decided that a simple cleaning would do for the day, and I had my cleaning done the same time, same chair, and scheduled a 6 Mo follow-up in the back from the chair (awesome!) and scheduled another appointment easily with the front desk to get my cavity filled. My mouth feels awesome, and I'm so grateful to them for all their service to this community. They truly run an outstanding business. The people are friendly from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. I highly recommend them, and they accept some great dental discount plans if you dont have insurance, like me.

Staff are very personable and professional. My dental heath is best it has ever been. In process of a bone graft which has gone very well. Dr Ferguson is very skilled and kind and his hygienist Eliz is thorough and gentle! My evaluation is very favorable. Thank you for your service...

I purchased Invisalign for my daughter. They charged me over $4,000.00 which was paid up front. My daughter had these placed her senior year and then moved away for college. I called them to make an appointment for removal and they said that wasn’t included. During her treatment there, the office staff is rude and you can never get in. My daughters orthodontist was also changed from the original doctor that she saw there. This place is way overpriced and not good care or follow up. Try Smile Doctors if you want someone to do a good job on braces. Never going back or recommending them.

I went to Pueblo Modern Dentistry for two toot canals. My first visit seemed to go very well. They were polite and helpful. They completed the double root canal and placed a cap on each tooth (they were side by side). The next morning when I woke up, my caps were gone! The night before, I noticed that they felt really loose. I later found out that I swallowed the caps in my sleep because they weren’t attached properly.

I went in for my next appointment which was to permanently place the ceramic caps in. I explained to the X-ray lady what had happened with my caps. While she seemed shocked, she didn’t care. That day, Dr. Sykes, fitted my ceramic caps and placed them.

All seemed well until 5 days later when they came loose. The very next day, they fell out!! I scheduled another appointment with Dr. Sykes where he appolagized for the caps falling and and swore it wouldn’t happen again. Well... it did happen again!! The second set of ceramic caps fell off, again!

I scheduled another appointment and requested another dentist. I was given the appointment with a second dentist. He explained that Dr. Sykes had made a mistake, cut my tooth too low and didn’t do the root canal properly. Therefore, he could not fix my teeth and I needed to either replace my teeth with implants or install a bridge. When asked the price, they wanted to charge me the full price for an implant (3k plus!!). Mind you, my root canals were still under warranty and I was/am still paying on them.

I don’t remember the exact price of the implant but it was upwards of another three thousand dollars which I could not afford as I was/am still paying for the original two root canals. When I explained that this was not acceptable as my root canals were still under warranty and I could not afford the implants (and still paying for original failing root canals!!). I was given a second option to have the bridge put in for $450 dollars, all cash due up front, NO exceptions! Long story short, I never returned to Pueblo Modern Dentistry.

Every time I went, the pain was almost unbearable! They would give 6 shots and everytime, I’d still feel the pain, every damn time!

FYI, the last time I went in, there was a tooth on the the ground in the examination room. Just a random dirty tooth, laying on the ground (I have photos). I would highly recommend that you stay away from Pueblo Modern Dentistry. My teeth still hurt to this day! After paying 3k for two root canals that failed. Worst dental experience EVER!!

Had a sceduled appointment and the offices called and asked if I could come in early. I showed up at the requested time. Staff tried to do x-rays again even though just had them 6 mo ago and have healthy mouth. Waited 1 hr and still did not see dentist. Left and won't be going back.

First time going to the dentist in a few years and was a very good experience. Very quick to get you in and very thorough during the job. Also, the people there are very respectful and nice and patient with question. Would definitely recommend.

What an amazing business!! I had a tooth that was bothering me and they were able to fit me in today😃 The dentist went over my treatment plan and started the procedure today. The dentists and office staff here were incredibly nice and very professional. I highly recommend this dental office if you are in need of a dentist!!!!!

Absolutely recommend! I’m not a fan of dentists but Dr. Loren Sites is so friendly that it eases your nerves. I am super relaxed when I go to them. The staff is also very friendly and always smiling. Again, highly recommended!
