The dental center has been serving our family for many years now and it has been an excellent experience. The service is very professional and super friendly and personable. The entire staff seems genuinely happy to be there serving their clients. A special shout out to Dr. Smith for patiently caring for my numerous complicated procedures like crowns and implants! I am so happy and grateful to have found such a great dentist in the Thornton area. Plus they are moving to the brand new Trinity building at Colorado and 128th in January 2022!

Iv never had such a poor experience at a dental office. I booked a first time visit with a cleaning. Upon arrival not only was I taken back 15min after appt time (which I understand people run late) but after getting in the chair my dentist Kristi stated we needed to do the exam but unsure with time if we could get to the cleaning. I stayed “can you give me some education on that” she then abruptly left the office to grab the front desk lady (who was super sweet) and who gladly educated me on the process. After the nice receptionist left the dentist stated In an annoyed tone “I have to do the imaging, before I can start cleaning” I said “ you do what ever you need to do” she then abruptly stated “ this just isn’t working for me and I don’t need my blood pressure raised” she stated she wouldn’t do my service and left walked me to the front. Shocked, disbelief so unprofessional after all I asked was for education on process. I understand people have bad days but WOW. Worst new patient experience I’ve ever had.
And I still didn’t get my teeth cleaned

I had an emergency situation take place with one of my front lower teeth last night. I was trying to find a dentist in the area to help me for emergency after hour assistance. They were about to close when I called and they were so accommodating and stayed open to care for me. The staff here are so compassionate, funny, attentive, and quick working. I've never been more impressed with a dental office before. I have also never been more accommodated and taken care of as compassionately and quickly as they did for me either. I appreciate them for what they did for me more than I could express. I have another appointment on Monday to complete the procedure that I needed done and I'm sure the visit will go just the same as my last. I recommend highly!

I had not had a tooth pulled since my wisdom teeth at age 19, so I was anxious about it. Dr. Smith made it so painless and fast; it was amazing. So thankful for Dr. Smith and Rita!! They are the best
