I have been a patient of Dr. Smith for several years. Dr. Smith is an amazing dentist and his staff are very friendly. Dr. Smith has always taken time to explain everything in detail about the dental work needed to be done on my teeth. He is always honest and upfront, and always makes you feel comfortable. I have Multiple Sclerosis and anxiety issues and was unsure how I would handle the visit. Rachael was great at helping me feel comfortable and explained everything she was going to do.. She didn't mind if I needed to take breaks. Dr. Smith was very comforting and explained things thoroughly. The care and staff were all great from beginning to end. The only thing I did not care for was when I got there, the waiting room was too crowded, especially with me being a high risk individual and Covid, it make me feel uneasy.

Awesome can't begin to describe the staff. I'd gladly refer them to everyone. As with any dentist visit, there's always a bit of nervousness involved but, Dr. B is great at setting his clients at ease. From 1 to 10, I'd have to give him an 11.

The Dental Center at Thornton Plaza is a amazing Dental Center. I was fortunate to meet Dr. Brian Kelly in August 2019, while experiencing a dental emergency. He took me under his wing, got me fixed up and even gave me his home number, in case I needed him. Hes really a wonderful man. His staff did everything to accommodate me in every way. I have been back several times since and received the best treatment. Dr. Brian Kelly is nothing but a professional with the best personality. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
