So much professionalism in their craft but yet I get a sense of a pure comforting family. I have had great dental work done here. The doctor always want to make sure your teeth are a priority and the workers are kind and ask how your doing, i'm happy that my cavities are getting better and i'm really excited about getting dental implants done here! My teeth are not really in good shape but i trust this office and they are the best!

Always a pleasure to go to the dentist. For years I had a irrational fear of dentists (dentophobia). A coworker recommended this practice to me when I broke a tooth and couldn’t put off going any longer. Dr. Smith and his team have always been gracious and friendly towards me. They never push me into decisions and I always feel like they are partnering with me to keep my oral health on track. I recommend this practice anytime someone is looking for a dentist, and if you choose to be treated here you won’t regret your decision.

So far I have had a wonderful experience with The Family Dentist (my 1st visit-March 2021). Julie, the reception gal, is very pleasant, helpful and on top of her game. The whole staff from beginning to end were incredibly friendly yet professional. I feel that I was given full undivided attention and the staff was very informative and patient with my questions. As a self paying patient, the pricing came as a bit of a shock, I was however offered a cash payment discount. There was hand sanitizer everywhere and staff cleaning rigorously the entire time I was there. Very Covid attentive, if that is something important to you. I have no reservations visiting this dental office again.

This office is wonderful. The level of customer service is outstanding. The ladies working the front office are so nice. Not to mention are very professional and make a way to work out scheduling and assist with understanding coverage. When we come Dr Smith and his staff go out of their way to help my little one feel at ease. The work they have done so far has been great! I recommend The Family Dentist over any others.

Beware! My 96 year old Dad, totally self sufficient, has been a loyal patient there for almost 20 years. He and my Mom spent tons of $ there. He called and can’t get an appointment for 3+ months because the receptionist called him “inactive”...because he missed during a year of Covid! He was friends with Dr. Martha Skelton. When she left the place went downhill. They pull teeth, not fix them. Do not go.
