Got me in on very short notice and were extremely patient and calming throughout the procedure. I can’t imagine a better set of people to trust with your dental care.

It's hard to say I loved a dental experience but related to other offices, I love this one. I just wish I had better teeth so I didn't have to visit them so frequently!

Great dental work; everyone is so friendly; warm atmosphere!

Friendly location. Takes longer then what it really should to get actual dental work done then other locations but everyone is friendly in the back. The two receptionists are kinda ditzy and dont seem to feel confident on what theyre telling you otherwise good.

After some traumatizing dental work as a kid (the strap 'em down, get it done school of dentistry...Little Shop of Horrors, anyone?), I am seriously dental-phobic.

I went to their office for a cleaning years ago, and it was non-scary. I didn't go back to get the little bit of work I needed done, putting it off because TERRIFYING. (Cleaning is one thing, but once we start talking about drills and such, um no.)

Well, as happens when you wait forever, the cavity turned into a broken tooth. Stuff of nightmares. I called them on a Monday morning (because of course that crap always happens on Friday at 5), they got me in on Thursday even though my last visit with them was SEVEN YEARS ago. Not only were they super nice, they offered to fix it right that very moment - clear out the cavity and rebuild the tooth with filling material.

I was already in full-blown panic attack mode imagining the horrible things that needed to occur in order to have a functioning tooth again (having psyched myself up for the exam, but thinking the fix would be a couple weeks later), so there I was in the chair bordering on heart attack and me without any Xanax.

Not only were they exceedingly patient with my grown adult freakout, they explained everything as they did it, the Dental Assistant (I believe it was Linda - I wasn't paying the closest attention when she introduced herself, unfortunately) quietly sang along to the radio (in tune!) and chatted with me while she was building me a new tooth like some master sculptor for mouths, and kept my mind off the vulnerable position I was in.

I never felt patronized or not taken seriously, and they did everything possible to ensure my comfort during the (somewhat long) procedure. They even put a non-gross tasting gel on my gums before the novocaine shots, so I didn't even FEEL them. The entire process was 100% PAIN FREE. Non-scary. I couldn't even believe it. And they were so careful when crafting the bite part of my new tooth - it's like new. Only better because it's in one piece.

Not only did they treat me with the utmost kindness, respect, and care, they completely turned around my fear. I literally had NOTHING to be afraid of with them.

I started out practically crying at the thought of having this done (but no way around it when part of your tooth BREAKS OFF) to now calling back to get a cleaning and full current x-rays so they can put the other couple fillings I need in as soon as possible. It's like, whoa. I can have a healthy mouth.

GO TO THEM. I'm even moving my kids there from their pediatric dentist we were driving way too far for.
