The Family Dentist

This was mine and my husband first visit here. I was very satisfied and happy. I would highly recommend this dental office to others. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. This is the type of dental office I was looking for. Very family oriented and not a big dental chain. Dr. Smith was very good. We really liked him. We will be going here for years to come.

I had an emergency visit first thing on a Monday morning. The entire office was friendly, empathetic and helpful.

I cannot recommend Noor Family Dentistry enough. I came in for my first visit after being without insurance for a while and my teeth REALLY needed a cleaning. The woman who cleaned my teeth did an amazing job and we were done more quickly and painlessly than I imagined possible.

I was already in love, but when I returned 6 months later I was even more impressed. Dr. Jo was knowledgeable and pleasant. What really sold me, though, was that she actually took the time to send me an article ahe stumbled upon a few weeks later that answered a tough question that she didn't quite know the best answer to. I have never had a dental office care so much.

I love this office! From the staff that maintains the office, the hygienists, the doctors, it all just works seamlessly over there and I feel so fortunate to have found them. I've been a patient for almost 3 years and I rave about this office to friends. It's perfect for simple maintenance OR if you have a not so fun dental problem they can handle it all and they really take care of you. :)

Ashamed to say that it had been 5 years since my last cleaning- but with no insurance, it complicates things. I am obsessive with brushing & flossing & when I finally got dental insurance, I scheduled an appointment ASAP! I found out a few days before my appointment that I was pregnant. My last experience with a dental office (2012) & being pregnant was not a pleasant one. I work in a medical office & know that pregnancy comes with certain standards of care regarding what can & cannot be done & what safety measure need to be considered. I had been flat out refused & told that if I had been having problems (sensitivity from gum recession) for 5 years, that I could deal with it. I just wanted to do what was recommended by my OB-GYN & also take care of myself! But the doctor literally asked me to leave & showed me the door.
When I turned in my paperwork to Family Dentist, I was dreading the talk I would get when they reviewed my history & saw the not pregnant box scratched out & saw I was now expecting.
I was pleasantly surprised! I was called to go in back & immediately congratulated & spoken to regarding what dental concerns I had & what I wanted done- a cleaning. Obviously ideally full mouth rads are recommended, especially given the time since my last cleaning. But they took it in stride & told me that we could proceed with the cleaning & we will do X-Rays after the baby is born. That on its own was SO nice! Everyone I met congratulated me & talked baby stuff with me, & took a sincere interest in me, my concerns, & my health. I felt so relieved & cared for.
The woman that did the leaning was so gentle & did an amazing job with my cleaning. I was worried because of some sensitivity I had, but she made sure I was comfortable & this was the first time ever (I had twice a year cleanings until I lost my insurance, so I have been a VERY regular patient) that I did not leave feeling sore after my cleaning.
I will ABSOLUTELY return & I will recommend this practice to everyone. I will be scheduling my husband & will be bringing my 1 year old & baby on the way here as well.
Thank you for your compassion, kindness, skill, & gentle hand. It seems such a simple thing, but what you did truly made an experience I was nervous about a very positive visit.

I can't say enough good about the Family Dentist.
I called this morning with a dental problem that would have caused me to cancel
a speaking engagement tonight. They got me in 2 hours after I called.
The staff from the front desk to the dental hygenists are efficient, professional and just happy people in general. Doc is amazing, he carved an hour and a half out of his schedule and did an amazing painless job. If I were Shiva I'd give it 4 thumbs up.

I was in search for a new Dentist and was pleased to have a true referral to a caring office that gave me an appointment in a reasonable time. The staff who took my call and arranged for all the care was very caring and professional. So far I am pleased.
