Dr. Smith and his dental technician were both excellent. They engaged both me and Cayden and thoroughly explained what they were doing, why and what to expect in the future. They answered all of our questions. They were efficient and conscientious in everything they did. The receptionist was also top notch. She made helpful suggestions on securing dental insurance coverage and supplied an ibuprofen, so I didn't have to go home before I took Cayden to school. They explained to him that he should not chew any food until the numbness wore off in such a fashion that he understood why and I am sure he will comply. Overall an excellent experience. It was even more amazing that they could get Cayden in on very short notice after I called and explained his toothache that kept him up the night before appeared to be related to a nasty cavity.
