I have never experienced such phenomenal service from a dentist. Dr. Raffoul and Dr. Behm, were beyond professional, caring and concerned about my dental health. They were very thorough, and informative in providing me with several treatment options and took their time to listen to my concerns as well as explaining their concerns. Both Doctors and the their staff did everything to make feel comfortable, and confident about my treatment. These doctors really care about how they treat their patients medically/physically. I couldn’t have found a better home for not only my dental needs but for my family as well. This office will have my business for a lifetime and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else other than them.

The entire staff is amazing!! Very informative and friendly!! They make you feel right at home! Dr. Raffoul is as well fantastic! He takes care of you genuinely and I love that his practice has everything under one building. Other dentist lack the oral surgery part but he has it all!! I’m happy to make his office my permanent dentist place!!!

My case wasn't easy. I clench and grind... I have all my life. I came to FIC dentistry because they did implants and I figured I was too far gone for my teeth to be fixed.
They gave enough information for me to change my mind and save my teeth. They were more than accommodating and really want you to get the best result.
So far I had my whole top set done and they look incredible. If your like me, there may be some back and forth to get it right but no worries.... it should be expected. The effort that this dentistry has shown me says that they are doing everything they can to get it right the first time .
It's a good atmosphere too... excellent customer service from the whole staff and it appears to me that they are cross-trained well. The office work flow seems effortless. It's definitely the best dentistry experience for me and that's saying a lot.

I found family implant and cosmetic dentistry a couple years ago when I need an implant and some other work and Dr Raffoul performed the work. He and the staff there have been exceptional at that time and every visit since for cleanings and such. They made it affordable and painless. At 58 I have never had such a good experience involving dental service!
