I am amazed by the warm welcoming every time I arrive to FIC! The front staff is so friendly and always has a smile on their face. Dr. Raffoul treats them as family and not just employees and it shows! I am well taken care of and have great conversations with my hygienist. I used to be afraid of the dentist but they changed that. Dr. Patel and Dr. Klaib took care of a cavity that I had once and it was quick and painless. 5 stars across the board for FIC. Thank you Dr!

So far I’ve had a pleasurable experience with both Dr. Raffoul who took the time to build rapport with me and clear any concerns and Dr. Klaib whom also built rapport with me and was gentle and efficient with my extraction. Both are very knowledgeable and I’m very glad I got the opportunity to meet both. That being said, I’m sure Dr. Patel is just as amazing.

This practice is awesome! I walked in frustrated and left completely satisfied. There was an issue between the online scheduling and the offices system that left my girls without appointments. However after confirming my appointments and the emails I received, they made time and took the extra step to fit them in. Not only did they fit them in but every one of the staff members went above and beyond to make sure my girls were comfortable during the dental experience. I think that’s the most important thing with children to prevent fear, so it’s nice to have an office like that. I just wanted to say thank you to Silvia, Mattie, Madelyn , and Dr. Raffoul. You handle the situation with grace and you deserve all the praise!!

Very professional and knowledgeable Dr Fadi and his team, my son has oral surgery removed 4 wisdom teeth without general Anastasia no pain at all , it's all about experience and honestly.
