2nd visit - this one for tooth removal. All medications were explained and called in prior to my appointment - wait time was less than 5 minutes again (come on when does this ever happen!?) After care was explained & everything was provided. Dr Klaib has a great sense of humor and a reassuring calmness about him that eliminated any fear I had and also made sure I wasn’t in any pain continually throughout the procedure. Again I couldn’t help but notice that every member of staff I saw was genuinely happy which tells me that in addition to taking care of their patients- the Drs also takes care of their employees. I wish every Drs/Dentists office was run like this one!

I am so amazed and pleased with Dr. Kaibab, Alexis and Maddy at how far they went to ensure that I would be comfortable and pain free during my procedure. I have never experienced anything like this and my experience started at check in. The lady saw my anxiety and right away started encouraging my...WOW!!! I found my dental family to care for my family. The best dental practice in Hillsborough County. Truly it is!!! Check them out you will be pleased.

The office staff and Dr. Raffoul are AMAZING!! My daughter has autism and we have been struggling for a few years to find a dentist. Dr Raffoul and every staff member made us feel extremely welcome and comfortable. He takes his time and asks questions. He wants to know what works best for the patients individual needs. He even called me at home afterwards because I was nervous about her next appointment and again he made sure he knew everything that would work best for her and make her feel the most comfortable. He made me feel so much better too! I am so impressed with everyone in this office. Rosa was amazing helping me with financing. I highly recommend this office. Their desire to meet the needs of each individual patient is beyond compare.

I have had my share of Dental offices and by far. Family implant and cosmetic dentistry has been the best and has the most experienced staff and doctors. I have had a couple root canals done and deep cleaning and will share that those visits have been the most satisfying. I feel fresh and clean. I enjoy coming to the dentist now with this team taking care of my pearly whites. I highly recommend this Dental office.

Haven’t had dental work on my mouth in 12 years but today was the day hahaha . I walked in very scared nervous but the staff was very welcoming they were happy , nice , warm hearted professional friendly group of people . They made me really feel like family walking in no cap . I’m talking about best Service I have experience in a long time even while waited . Even Dr. FADI he is a great doctor he kept me comfortable and confident the whole procedure plus do fast amazing work . I highly recommend !!! Dr. Raul and his staff were AMAZING!!!! Very detailed, polite, pleasant and professional. The only disappointment I had is the cost😩 and I have dental insurance. Missing my front tooth truly makes me feel ugly and embarrassed!!! Cosmetic dental work is expensive in general. I was just hoping it would have been a little more affordable. Other than that when I am able to afford the procedure I most definitely will entrust Dr. Raul to complete my cosmetic work and restore my beautiful SMILE 😊
