What a wonderful experience I had. Everybody in there is awesome and super nice and pleasant. I am so terrified of the dentist, but this place made it very enjoyable and not scared. When I say I did not feel no pain no nothing it was so fast I couldn’t believe it was over. This is how good they are I was able to go eat afterwards, and I had 3 tooth pulled, one in the front and two in the back. Minimum blooding and pain even when the pain medicine wore off. This is the place I highly recommend them. Great Job!!

Moved in the area and didn't have a dentist. I need some work done and was able to get an appointment same day and within the week my concerns were taken care of. The office staff was the best that I've seen in any dental office. Hygienist Lindsey is very good and cares about her job. She took the time to explain everything and most important took her time for my cleaning. Dr. Klaib extracted 2 teeth and barely noticed he was done. Dr. Fadi and his office staff are amazing. I've had the best dental experience anyone could ask for. I'm always greeted with pleasant smiles and by name when I enter the office. I appreciate the precautions that's been put in place since Covid, which makes me comfortable with my visit. I'm always provided additional essentials when placed in the chair before dental work begins. The staff and I share stories with each other that I love, whenever I return for follow ups, we pick up right where we left off, and we always have amazing updates to share. This environment is family oriented, and I've never left disappointed. What I love the most is how Dr. Fadi build rapport with his staff. He's always teaching and imparting wisdom into each assistant in the room. He's truly an educator and believes in grooming individuals to be there best self in the profession, I've even felt like a student at times...lol. I highly recommend Dr. Fadi to anyone looking for a dental office that provides excellent customer service and strives to bring back your smile.

The entire staff and services at this office are so awesome and professional. They ensure you will definitely be taken care of and they provide professional care in a very professional manner. I’ve seen Lindsey, twice, teeth did not bleed after the cleaning, which is very unusual 👏🏽, the dental hygienist, she is awesome, takes time to explain in details the service she is providing and to make sure I’m not in any pain and very comfortable. She’s a professional at what she does and provides her services in tender loving care in a professional matter. Thanks to the entire staff. All of you ROCK!!!!!

I must admit I dislike going to the dentist, but here at Family, Implant & Cosmetic Dentistry I felt welcomed and important which eased my anxiety. My first visit was amazing, the Doctor I seen she told me things about myself I had not shared on my intake paper work just by examining my teeth I was very surprised and elated with providers and dental assistance/techs how they are knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and professional.

There was a situation when I was called by one of the administrators, the same day, a couple of hours prior to my appointment, they wanted to cancel my appointment. I made this appointment about a month ago and felt frustrated that they would call me same day to reschedule it. I explain how inconvenient it would be for me to reschedule, and I even asked to transfer my care (due to conflicting schedule and distance). She was very kind and empathetic and forwarded me to the Manager, my conflict was resolved and I was able to keep my appointment. They were willing to work with my situation. I was elated.

I am blown away!…. This place was fantastic quick appt times they fit me in very quickly then when I arrived the front desk was efficient and friendly. I had an extraction done and this was my very first one ever done. So I was extremely nervous and scared but the assistant and dentist kept me relaxed They put on a numbing gel and when it came time for the needle I swear I didn’t feel not even a pinch. Today is day 2 since my extraction and I don’t have any seeing K

Had a wisdom tooth removed, was in and out within 1.5hrs. Very professional and had every answer to the 300 questions I had. High recommend signing up for their membership for those who have no dental insurance, great way to save money and get phenomenal care.

This place and everyone who works here are great I wouldn’t go anywhere else and definitely recommend anyone in need of any dental work to come give them a visit
