One of the best offices that I’ve ever experienced! I’ve visited 4 dentists in my lifetime, and this is the best one I’ve ever visited. The staff was polite and helpful, and they made me feel very welcomed. If I could rate 10 stars I would.

This practice has such bad office management that they failed to send me a bill for a balance due ($35) and sent my case to a credit collection agency. The office definitely had our number since they have called to schedule cleanings but they never mentioned an outstanding balance on my account.
The Dental work itself was substandard. Crown work was performed mostly by an assistant and not the Dentist. I returned to the office three times after the crown and never received satisfactory resolution. With so many choices of Dentists in Broward County, you are advised to look elsewhere for competent Dentistry.

I have been going there for over 10 years now and I love this place! I send all my friends and family there. All of the staff is friendly and go above and beyond. This place doesn’t even feel like a dentist office when you go. And for the wonderful blonde lady that works in front office she is always soo helpful and sweet.

To give 5 stars I also have to say "Loved It"? Who doesn't love going to the dentist?! Well, it's not one of those things I wake up saying, "Oh yea, I get to go to the dentist today, I love it!" AND my aversion cost me. And I'm not just talking about financially. The facts: I came to Dr. Rovirosa and staff after several years of not going to the dentist. Last time I was there they told me I'd likely need a couple teeth removed and I was in denial because lo and behold that same news was delivered ++ additional work needed to "stabilize" my teeth and gums.
Einstein is quoted as saying, "insanity is doing something over and over again and expecting a different result." Applied to my dental care and the reality that my lack of self care, avoidance and denial proved the same outcome has served as a valuable life lesson to apply and look at other areas of my life where I put myself last. All the excuses, lack of time, money, are in reality, telling myself "you're not worth it".
Until now...
Dr. Rovirosa and staff created a supportive environment for me from the get go. From scheduling to pictures and x-rays and impressions, I felt that we had a comprehensive idea of what was happening and what needed to happen (scaling, extractions, bite adjustment,crowns & fillings) in order of priority. They sat down with me and reviewed and assisted me in making a plan, including alternatives based on budget.
I was only visiting Florida for the winter and having my teeth cleaned turned into so much more. And because of my short term in the area they were able to work with the schedule and accomplish all the work. Some days I was in the chair for 4 hours and they would call me and check in later to make certain I was ok. I know that the services performed have stabilized my situation and from here I can (and will) make routine maintenance a habit I can stick with.
They have even been so kind as to assist me in finding and recommending a dentist in Hawaii for my next adventure!
