The staff is very professional and friendly. The office is clean. I went as a new patient and was examined and had a procedure done same day. I experienced zero pain or discomfort, and the staff seem to care a lot about that. The banter during my visit made my root canal fairly entertaining. Highly recommend!

I was concerned but, didn't need to be. Knowing what a great staff and excellent safety practices have always been in place, I decided to go ahead with my overdue for cleaning appointment. So glad I did. I especially like my hygienist's get-down-to-work approach without unnecessary chit-chat. I highly recommend Dentistry of South Florida. The staff at this office is spectacular. Claudia and Marlene and the front are so very welcoming and answered all of my questions prior to my visit. Dr.Marti and her assistant Karen are a god send! Ever since I was a young girl I’ve had a fear of dentist, they made sure to explain every detail to me as well as made sure I was comfortable. Through all my anxiety they did not once lose there patience with me or make me feel as if I was a hinder. AND they even stayed opened for me last minute due to my pain even though my visit wasn’t until the following day. I can’t thank you all enough, I feel very blessed to have found this office! If you’re looking for top notch quality, comfort, and genuine kindness; then this is the office for you!

I had come in because my permanent retainer broke so after removing it completely they scheduled an appointment for me with Dr. Fox to replace it (3 weeks later). When I made this appointment I asked how much it would cost and was given a reasonable enough price. Come the day of the appointment I had an emergency and had to rush my dog to the vet, so I called as early as possible and asked if it would be possible to reschedule, only to learn Dr. Fox is only in once a month, but the office lady (Marlene) was really nice and tried to get me in the same day.
Except when I got there I would have to wait past the new appointment time, which I didn’t mind, but I felt the comment that it was my fault that I had to wait because I rescheduled my appointment was unnecessary. Still, I had no problem waiting the 30 minutes only then to be told that Dr. Fox wouldn’t see me at all, and be belittled and lectured about how valuable Dr. Fox’s time is and given an outrageous price that was higher than the one I originally got.
I understand that it can be frustrating to have appointments change but dealing with his ego seems insufferable. Life happens sometimes and I never demanded to be seen or accommodated after my emergency so the lecture was just plain insulting. Either choose good customer service or don’t, but don’t jerk me around.
Why is it that his time should be so respected and put above anything else I could possibly have going on, yet I called hours and hours before my appointment to warn them I had an emergency and he cancelled my adjusted appointment after I waited 30 minutes?
Long story short they adjust their prices at their leisure and have 0 respect or understanding for their clients. I wouldn’t have minded just having to cancel the appointment all together as my dog comes before a random dentist, but it was the wasting my time and then lecturing me about how I shouldn’t have wasted his time that really irritated me and made sure I wouldn’t come back.

Going to the dentist has always been very uncomfortable for me however everyone in this office goes out of their way to make you feel at home, and I truly appreciate the entire staff for their excellent customer service and patient care. Dr. Berkovich is a great dentist and Cathy is awesome as well!!
