Love coming here. Everyone is so friendly & helpful. It's easy to make an appointment and their confirmation system is wonderful. Getting my teeth cleaned & walking out knowing how great of a job they have done is the best feeling. And when I need work done on my mouth she does a spectacular job.

I had my first visit with Dr. Berkovich yesterday and loved it! The staff was super friendly and thorough. The facility was spotless and smelled great. They have an in house dental plan that is very reasonable. I am very happy I went there, and my wife will be going there as well. I highly recommend this facility!

While I do know they’re a little pricier than other dentists, the service makes up for that. I have been to cheaper dentists and the last time I had an emergency extraction, it only cost me $200 but also that dentist did not believe me when I told him the novocaine didn’t work and proceeded to (very violently) yank the tooth out. My mom said she could hear me yelling in the waiting room. Which is why I’ll NEVER go to a cheaper dentist again. The entire staff here is LOVELY and if you actually listen to what they are saying, they’re really not trying to push you to spend more, they just want to tell you everything that you should get done eventually and make sure you understand. Not once did I feel pressured to spend more, especially since before I went in I explained that I have no insurance and therefore need to know the cost of services before I can even make an appointment. They spent a lot of time telling me things I needed to take care of that are a priority, and which things could wait, since they are aware of my insurance/financial situation. I will NEVER go to another dentist, I’ve never been in another dentist office that cares about you as much as they do here!!! Lovely and delightful bunch of ladies!!!!

Disappointed & furious. I was a new patient, I was brand new in town. Just moved here. When I walked in the staff was rude. I got there 10 mins early. I waited 30 mins to get in. My appointment was at 5pm, it was very very slow in this office. When I got back there I sat in the chair for another 20 mins before some women came in telling me that I was charged for x rays that I didn’t get done and for Floride and some pain medicine they inject under your gums. I was absolutely mad that they were trying to charge me for Floride and that pain medicine, I’ve never had that done on my teeth. I then was told that I had x rays done which I know for a fact I didn’t. I argued with the women for 15 mins before she finally realized that she was looking at old x rays. Then I waited another 30 mins to be seen again and get my cleaning. When I finally got back there the assistant was pressuring me into getting the Floride and pain medicine, I looked at her and said “mam, I take excellent care of my teeth. My dentist before y’all never put Floride on my teeth and never used a pain medicine under my gums. I’m not gonna be told I need something when I know I don’t.” Then while she was cleaning my teeth she was splattering water all over my face the entire time, she was stabbing my gums so much that she was making them bleed on purpose. I could literally smell the blood in my mouth. Then once she was done cleaning my teeth she tells me i take excellent care of my teeth and that I have very pretty teeth and then says I have gingivitis. I don’t have gingivitis you idiot, you were so rough on my gums and you kept stabbing them that you were making them bleed. I know what gingivitis is and I know dang well I don’t have it. I take excellent excellent care of my teeth. There’s no way I have gingivitis. She was rude and disrespectful. She didn’t know how to clean teeth. She was so rough on my gums, it was so painful I literally was crying in the middle of my cleaning. I’ve never been in so much pain in my life, I will not be going back here EVER! And I will not be recommending this dentist to anyone.
PSA: I decided to try them again a few weeks later because I needed to get a filling refilled & the doctor halfway numbed me and then printed out my review and told me to take it down! So unprofessional!!!

Waaaaaaaay overpriced and not exactly a friendly dentist. If anything she is kind of rude. Will try to upsell and push services you don’t really need. Consulted with two other dentists after her and both gave me WAY better prices and disregarded half of her recommendations because I simply didn’t need those procedures just yet. Dodged a bullet with this one.
Other staff members were very nice though.

Please very misleading telling us every time they take medicate and let us make an appointment boom.they lied and they still have it up saying they accepteded medicate. All so not honest.

The dentist is not my favorite thing to do, in fact I have avoided it until it became an emergency and dangerous. Dr. Berkovich has been great to work with and always makes me feel comfortable, she treats me with respect and care. She makes me feel comfortable and explains all procedures clearly. The office staff has been supportive as have most of the people that have worked on my teeth.. I LOVE my hygentist (this is a first truly!)-Chana. She is difficult to get but worth it to plan in advance! They do have everything (surgeons, orthodonics) available however, the doctors rotate and I find it difficult to schedule and be consistent with the same person. General dentistry and maintence are top notch!

Love this office! Dr Berkovich is the BEST!! The staff are fabulous; the office is beautiful. I've had Botox elsewhere but no one creates a safe and comfortable experience like Dr Berkovich and team. They are very caring and concerned. My result is always perfect.

Amazing dentist office!! The best part is Chana Rose Sosnowicz she was AMAZING very informative and just cared about your best interest. While my cleaning was being done she would always ask if I was okay and just always checking on me. Outstanding experience and GREAT Staff members!!
