Much too pushy about treatment. Although I very clearly pointed out that all I wanted was a cleaning and that I was a snowbird and had a trusted dentist and periodontist up north, they wanted to take over all the treatment, and they recommended costly treatments that were unnecessary, and they did so without seeking to consult my long-term providers for deeper context. I got the impression that they were putting their financial interests ahead of my welfare, though I cannot prove this. Everyone was nice, but a bit too slick and "salesy" for my taste. I will not go there again.

He came an hour earlier than he had promised, it only took him about 10 minutes to determine the problem and instead of suggesting a costly repair he quickly advised that we get a new refrigerator. I have learned to trust this tech.

I was thrilled with my visit to Yolli. My cleaning yesterday was delayed almost 2 months (secondary to multiple family issues) and she was still very kind, understanding and did a great job. It was my second visit to see her and I've already scheduled my follow-up in January with her.

I was so impressed with her chairside manor. I'm a real baby when it comes to going to the dentist or hygienist. I am blessed with good teeth which is good-for what it is- but bad for decreasing anxiety about going to have a check-up. I can rationalize away going regularly better than most people I know--and I'm a health care provider.. As a kid, my Mom always said "you want to go out with the teeth you came in with--get brushing" So I did! and it worked!
In spite of my anxiety, Yolli was very kind and sensitive to my verbal and non-verbal body language. It was a very good experience-in spite of my anxiety. No cavities and I "promise" to be a better "flosser" starting today.
I highly recommend this office for all dental work. Anxious or Calm, they are kind, professional and really want to make you feel at home.

Disappointing. Although the office is attractive and clean, the xray technician was cold and choked me twice with the improper placement of the apparatus in my mouth and Dr. Morales, also unfriendly, did not do a simple tooth filing as I requested as part of my appointment (cleaning and xrays). The office manager was quite eager to get me signed on for future procedures but insensitive to my request for the simple filing of two teeth during this visit. If they had shown some compassion and appreciation for a new customer, I would consider the future work and become a customer. No one has even replied to my requests about this question. I will not return.

I have been going to Dr. Berkovich for about 10 years. She is an amazing, caring, knowledgeable dentist. She has put Porcelian Veeners in for me as well as an Implant. Chana is an amazing hygienest! She takes her time cleaning your teeth & really cares about her patients. The staff is also top notch!

Okay so here is the reason I write this here:I DO NOT LIKE TO DO IT.
I have been a client there 2 plus years and i am Russian and I have a good paying job so kindly money isn't the issue BUT..
That office is very difficult to understand as far as i am concerned with the way how specifically dr. Angela is giving you an idea what you need or not.
As i said i am a pilot and i do know one or two things.
depending on how she would come take a MINIMUM TIME to evaluate the situation for your concern and then throw "give him discount" to sound like a good one for me, she lacks the ability to address completely the issue and explain options and ways to go.
Had 3 times including this recent to confirm that its true.

#1. had a good will to reshape my front tooth maybe a millimeter to make more esthetic and fine look to put my fixed retainers on... She told me that she doesn't recommend it and it will be better to have an Ortho operation of 4000$ approx very much disappointment.

#2. Had to do an implant on tooth #3 had consultation with her again she said i need sinus lifting which is pretty not the best thing to do when you're working with cabin pressure..
Had to go to a different doctor clinic for 2nd opinion and definitely recommended not only not to do that also not needed.
Came back to consult with the oral surgeon and he confirmed i don't need! Thanks for his honesty Dr torner. Completed the work with him.

#3. Had a weird feel on my tooth #14 feel like a line of a cracked or line on the back of the tooth came to see dr Angelika and she literally gave me 4 minutes of her time and immediately told me i need a crown and a possible root canal.
I finally decided to go to a different dentist and found out i don't need a crown instead a filing change and also the last wisdom on the bottom left she was telling me i need to take it out, where others surly said only a little filling is required.

The problem is that she pushed hard few times and i am literally not willing to give another chance whatsoever.
Treat what you really need not all around for extra $
I am super aggravated and frustrated with her approach.
HOPE IT WILL HELP.

I have been going to Dr. Berkovich for over 10 years now and it is literally like visiting family each time. The professionalism and care that Dr. Berkovich and staff put into their work is truly an art form, I can't recommend this office highly enough.

Dentistry of South Florida is very professional, clean and up-to-date. Prices are on the high side but the staff is quite friendly and the dental work is excellent.
