I’ve been a patient for the last three years since retiring here in Destin, FL. Dr. Lichorwic and his entire staff are very professional and courteous. I have lived all over the United States 🇺🇸 and Germany 🇩🇪 and Italy 🇮🇹 while my husband served in the military, and this dental 🦷 office is by far the best. Don’t be afraid of the dentist, this office is pain free. Love all the ladies at the front desk too. Where else can you call for an appointment and they answer by saying’ how can I make you smile today’? Best in Destin!!

What a lovely and inviting place of business! The staff is super friendly and the office space is beautiful. On top of that they take great care of my teeth. I wouldn’t chose any where else to go to the dentist!

This is such an amazing dental office! I hate going to the dentist because of previous horrors. The Center is aware of my fears and they are so careful and attentive. I will never change dentist. Thank you for taking such good care of me and my teeth.

My experience with the Dentist and the Dental Hygienist were great! However, the reception staff were rude and not willing to assist. I was asked if I wanted fluoride and I only wanted it if my insurance covered it. They stated that it did so I opted to get it. When I went to check out at the front the receptionist informed me that it was not included and kept repeating to me that it was $20 and was not included and said she was sorry for the miscommunication with zero empathy. I will be returning to this dentist office due to the treatment I received from the dental hygienist and the Dentist. Not the reception staff.

I went there since a coworker recommended it and when I googled it had awards and such and good reviews. Unfortunately my experience wasnt worth the hype and am ultimately left in finding another dentist that actually cares about my dental health.
I showed up there early as a new patient as they had told me over the phone, I fill out the paperwork.....and I wait. Then I wait some more. They finally take me in 25 min after my appointment. I tell a technician my issues, she takes a scan and tells me the dentist will be right with me. As I am waiting, in the history of my entire adult life, had I been to a dentist and been able to listen to another patients diagnostic and feedback on their dental habits. The rooms are not full walls and you can basically hear every conversation with patients. I waited one hour and twenty minutes since my arrival for an “assessment” of exactly seven minutes. I got a referral to a surgeon to which they didnt even try to call and see available dates, just gave me a piece of paper (for which I also had to wait another 20 minutes for). Originally I had called for a cleaning - needless to say that over the phone the person who schedules this would call me and of course never did. So clearly these folks have no time for new patients and basic services and overall have no respect for time and appointments. I was there a total of two hrs for an assessment that I basically declared myself before coming in and explained to both dentist and technician. I defintely need a dentist that is more thorough, is respectful of my time and helpful in giving/ helping me plan next steps for my dental health.
