All I can say is, WOW! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with kindness and care. I can’t believe what a good job Karen did cleaning my teeth! Any stain is completely gone, and I haven’t had a dental visit in over 5 years! I even got a free teeth whitening and they molded a kit for my teeth and it was ready same day! They also showered me with gifts and tons of SMILES! On top of it all, they have a great membership if you’re not insured, which I totally signed up for! You feel like a princess in there from start to finish abs it was the most amazing experience I could have ever asked for! I will and have been telling ALL my friends!

If a dental appointment can be fun, then this practice is the place to go!!! Everyone is experienced and talented in every aspect of dental care! From the gals up front ,who are very cordial and make you feel right at home , to the very knowledgeable and thorough hygienists and then of course amazing Dr. A. Ortega. Couldn't be happier with my care! Can't say I'm looking forward to my next dental appointment but I really feel in very capable and caring hands!

Dr. Ortega and team are simply wonderful. So nice at every step and very complete in shared diagnostic information so you can make clear informed decisions. I went there as a second opinion with my situation and decided on the spot to stay. A few days later my wife needed even more help and they are taking great care of us both. Jennifer ,Ann and entire team around Dr Ortega make such a difference and I highly recommend Smileology at Miramar.

I had a broken tooth and had recently moved to FL. from another state. I have a major fear of dentistry due to MANY bad experiences with other doctors.
However, I'm so happy to report that I had a wonderful experience from the minute I walked into the Miramar office. The front desk personnel were very kind and helpful in making me feel at ease.

Isabella was a great Dental Assistant. And, Dr. Ortega-Arguello was careful to make it a painless process of capping that injured tooth.
I have scheduled my regular check-up appointment in knowing they listen to my dental concerns. I will return in 2 weeks with less fear.
I'm actually looking forward to FINALLY addressing some other detailed issues about my teeth. I'm happy I didn't put-off this initial appointment.

First visit at this specific location. Staff was quick and super effective. The dentist did an outstanding job of explaining courses of treatment for my decision to make ultimately. Definitely FIVE stars, like anyone, I’m hesitant at visiting a dental office for the first time, this experience put me at great ease. Go for it, if you’re on the fence.

OMG! Best Dentist, Best Hygienist, Best Receptionist. So far 3 molars extracted - no pain at all! Most thorough cleaning I've had in years. Did I mention first visit was an emergency and this office got me in within 45min. Talk about service. Clean, modern, and welcoming facilities. Great in-house dental coverage plans available too.

Upon entering, Jennifer was extremely warm and welcoming. Dr. Ortega was phenomenal. She explained the entire procedure prior to starting which put me at ease. Angela was assisting her and again made sure I was comfortable during the procedure. She also explained post procedure care instructions.

This place and staff are amazing. I broke a tooth. After several attempts to be seen by my regular dentist, who couldn't fit me in, I called up Smileology in Miramar Beach and got me in that day. It was been a wonderful experience. Dr.

I walked in with a small emergency, no appointment and an out of towner. They could not have been nicer or more helpful! The whole staff made me feel right at home. I had broken a front tooth off!

Not being a local, the kind staff made me feel at ease while trying to get a tooth repaired when a large filling fell out. They welcomed me into their office, diagnosed my situation, gave me a care plan and proceeded to get a crown in place within three hours. I would highly recommend the Miramar Beach office to visitors who find themselves with an unexpected dental need.
