I am very happy with the doctor and hygienist. Neither has hurt me, yet! Everyone, including those in the receiving area are professional and very helpful. I highly recommend this dental practice.👍👍

Lovely caring staff. I tend to have anxiety about going to the dentist but the staff made my experience less stressful.

I know I'm probably the first on here to say this but I personally had a horrible experience at Cruz Davis Family Dentistry. I'd gone here because I saw the plethora of great reviews online but was very disappointed by everything from the receptionist service to the dental care. Upon arrival the front desk staff was rude, blunt to say the least, when gathering new patient information and answering the few questions I had as I didn't have proper insurance at the time.

Dr. Davis Cruz saw me and informed me that I needed a root canal to get rid of the horrible tooth pain I was having and I naively agreed to have it done here, as I'd already paid a couple hundred dollars for the X-Rays. Big mistake. Always go to an endodontist if you're having a root canal, I had to learn this the hard way. I had a root canal done before (by an endodontist) and I went smoothly and was largely pain-free so I wasn't too worried, However, my experience here was far from that.

I needed two treatments of root canal therapy and was only told this once Dr. Cruz Davis had started the dental work, much to my dismay. I was sent home the first day with some antibiotics and told to take painkillers to tide me over until the next time he could see me, which I was told was estimated to be 2 weeks later. I went home and was leaking copious amounts of dental cleaning fluid from my nose all throughout the night as my sinus had been flooded during the root canal treatment. I couldn't move my head as I was in such excruciating pain, no amount of painkillers would help. I wasn't able to sleep for hours as my face and mouth felt like it was on fire. I finally caved and made an emergency call to Dr. Cruz Davis to which he simply said to take some more painkillers.

I had the second treatment as an emergency the next day since I couldn't wait with the pain and it ended up being a botched job. I'd only learned that it was done poorly once that same tooth got reinfected and started hurting again just a few months later. Thankfully I went to another family dentistry and they were able to notice that something was wrong right away. The root canal wasn't filled entirely and I had to get yet a third treatment for this single tooth.

In short, save your time and money and yourself a ton of pain by going somewhere else for your dental care. I spent over $1500 for a botched root canal and poor front desk service not to mention the sheer amount of pain I went through that will probably give me nightmares about having any dental work done for the rest of my life.

Dr. Cruz Davis was Great with my 3 year old son. Unfortunately, he was not cooperating well with the hygienist, but right when Dr.Cruz Davis stepped in he was able to get my son to sit still and provide a full craning and treatment.

All staff are friendly and professional. My crown prep was painless and done in a timely manner.

Absolutely LOVE my dentist and everyone who works there! The patients are the priority and it definitely shows. There is no other practice I’d rather be than at Cruz-Davis Dental!

Cruz-Davis Dental has always been attentive and diligent in caring for my dental needs. As an older patient, somewhat dentally "sensitive, " I do need some extra TLC in the dental chair. Dr. Cruz-Davis always provides this. I strongly endorse and recommend his practice.

Painless!! I have a few old fillings from years ago, a different dentist, they look unlike my natural tooth shape or color. One failed and Dr Cruz-davis replaced it. It looks like a natural tooth, you can’t tell there is a filling there and I kind of want to have all the old ones replaced (or at least I won’t be disappointed when it’s time) even though they are functional as of now. I’m super impressed and happy with how this new filling turned out! And thank you Tai and Hailey!! I always feel super welcomed!! You all are the best and I don’t ever want to go anywhere else!!

First I want to thank your staff up at the front office for taking the time to help answer questions assists me and make things smooth ptior to my visit and then Dr Cruz Davis what a top notch Dentist a true professional he assisted me in my time of need with severe broken tooth.
