Hands down and no doubt the BEST dentist! Amazing and friendly staff! From making the appointment to check out and seeing Dr. Cruz-Davis, nothing but the upmost customer service. He even came out to the lobby to introduce himself when i arrived. Very warm hearted and welcoming environment. I tend to have a slight fear of dentist due to past experiences, but i felt nothing but ease with Dr. Cruz-Davis. I cannot thank the staff or Dr. Cruz- Davis enough for their services!

I had a crown prep today. This is the first time I actually got to experience Dr Davis's professional skills., I have been going to his practice for years but this is the first procedure other than routine cleanings. His ability to apply a numbing shot with virtually no pain is a true skill and removes much of the dread of dental work and was truly appreciated. He is a perfectionist and it tells in his attention to detail. His office offers the latest and best technology which greatly enhances his ability to provide the best and most current advances in dentistry.

This dentist office has served my wife and her parents for roughly 20 years and the stories I have heard from the previous dentist was of great service and courtesy. Mr. Cruz Davis has since ruined that reputation for me to great length.

Firstly, my wife and I went through a horrific family event during Memorial Day Weekend which caused me to call and leave me a message Sunday night for my first ever Tuesday morning appointment (7 a.m.). I was not able to make it that morning due to our circumstances. My wife shared our story with the staff to reschedule my appointment for another 7 a.m. I was not only placed on a block list of ever getting another 7 a.m. appointment as those appointments are “popular,” I was given a no call no show fee in excess of $100 due to the fact I did not leave a “Cruz Davis 24hr notice”. The courtesy I spoke of earlier even after sharing our tragedy was non existent.

Secondly, in an agreed opinion with my mother-in-law who has since left that practice as well for the overwhelming push of a “unique” night guard that aid in teeth grinding. This product is done at Cruz Davis for an outrageous fee of $500. Similar products sold at CVS or Walgreens for $20, fractions of the cost which stop teeth grinding altogether with no prior molding needed.

Lastly, this last occurrence has done it for me. My wife and 4yo daughter had appointments an hour apart so they would not be separated as a dentist office can be a scary place for little kids. My wife was called earlier in the day to explain that a dental hygienist has called out that morning and that they will try to squeeze everyone in as they can to arrive at the scheduled appointment time. Upon arriving to the office my wife and daughter are seen relatively quick, however, at the same time. My daughter was not only left alone during her cleaning my wife had to endure a rushed appointment by Mr. Cruz Davis himself. My wife had to stop him DURING the cleaning to explain how painful he was for him to say that due to pregnancy the gums can become overly sensitive. This has never happened before as it’s obviously not the first pregnancy. And to top this experience off Mr. Cruz Davis used gloves to which my wife is allergic to as noted in her file for many years. What she got was a simple sorry and bruised lips and inflamed gums. As a veteran I have seen many a times lines of soldiers waiting for dental services to which each and every one of them has received excellent service for being “rushed.” With no excuses.

I do not recommend this place to anyone. We will take our family and rainbow baby somewhere else to which we feel is more of Family Dentist.

Amazing, compassionate, professional down to earth- Dr. Cruz and staff! I have been looking for an office like this for a very long time. I finally am no longer afraid of the dentist. Dr. Cruz but me at ease. His calm, sincere demeanor, with his experience and expertise will walk me through this journey of getting my teeth back to where they should be. I’m so happy and blessed. Great staff, friendly and knowledgeable. Had a root canal and virtually no pain during or after procedure. Treatment was efficient and Dr. Cruz wasted no time. Went in anxious because I never had a root canal before and when done was relieved to learn how smooth the process can be with such great staff.

It always feels like a safe and pleasant environment in which very competent staff do their jobs well. Dr. Cruz-Davis is the best dentist I have ever had.
