Dr. Bilotti and his staff are simply the best. From the very friendly and efficient front desk staff to the experienced and gentle dental assistants/hygienists -you’ll feel like family during your visit. I’m always able to get appointments as needed and I feel like my wellbeing is important to everyone. The office is extremely clean and esthetically pleasing. Dr. Bilotti is exceptionally caring, thorough and very gentle. He is as genuine as they come and is always helpful to explain and discuss any procedures and plans. I knew I had a lot of dental issues going in to my first appointment and was ready to be embarrassed at the state of my teeth but Dr. Bilotti and his staff made me feel so comfortable and valued I didn’t feel embarrassed at all. I’ve now had many procedures from simple cleanings and fillings to extractions. Every single experience has been nothing but pleasant. Thank you so much to everyone there, you are a great team!!

My dental experience with Dr. Bilotti was great. He is very efficient, skilled and cordial. He has a very professional approach and kind staff. His office is very clean. He also takes a conservative approach to necessary procedures without trying to do more than necessary. Highly recommend for anyone of any age.

I drive from Ormond Beach ..1 1/2 hours each way ….that alone should tell you just how good Megan and her staff are … professionals ,very kind and one of the best dentist I have experienced..she is a gifted doctor.

Dr. Bilotti and his team are AMAZING. Genuinely compassionate and attentive ~ even when they are super busy. Dr. Bilotti is kind and patient, explaining even the smallest detail so patients have a full understanding of what's going on. His positive energy and sincere interest is obvious and it flows right through to his entire staff ~ These people know what it takes to be professional, efficient AND fun. A wonderful experience in a place you don't normally expect one. It took years to find a premier dentist in Jacksonville and Dr. Bilotti is IT ! PS: Just cannot say enough nice things about Mary Lou. Excellent, caring, and organized office staff. Always able to get in promptly for concerns/issues. Comfortable waiting room and easy parking. Very up to date equipment. Dr. Bilotti listens more than he talks, unlike many dentists. His technical expertise is exceptional. I've received many complements on my front veneers from retired dentist friends. He was recommended to me by my periodontist. Our daughter is also his patient.
Needless to say, I'm VERY happy with his care.

Dr. Bilotti is an excellent doctor! He did a crown for an implant on one of my front teeth. Dr Bilotti and his staff made the whole process a lot easier than I thought it would be. He and his staff are extremely nice, very professional and very helpful. My new implant looks spectacular and the gum line also looks perfect! I continue going to Dr. Bilotti's office because he is very meticulous and because I trust his opinion and the quality of his work. I recomend him 100%.

After a thorough evaluation, Dr. Bilotti explained that he wanted to "do this the right way" and designed a care plan and time-line that were honest, and an estimate that worked within my budget. He and his staff were prompt and welcoming and they went out of their way to make me comfortable and free of pain throughout my many visits. Dr. Bilotti took his time with each visit as his work his artistic and meticulous, but he respected my schedule as well. He keeps current with the technology of the profession and passes his knowledge on to his staff. Today, I am the one who gets compliments on a smile that is both healthy and beautiful. I have known Dr. Bilotti for over 25 years. He has been the Dentist for my wife, kids, aunt, uncle, friends and co-workers. I know his staff from the community. Dr. Bilotti is exceptionally skilled, competent and capable. He is a fantastic Dentist in all respects. He and his staff are great communicators and they make you feel welcome, calm and comfortable on every visit. They are good listeners and keep the patients needs and concerns in mind. Dr. Bilotti and his staff are kind, friendly, considerate and honest. Unlike big corporate Dentistry they give you personal attention and don't try to oversell services.
