Mandarin Dentistry

For years I've been a bit of a coward when it comes to visiting a dentist. Then my friend Bob told me about Dr. Bilotti. It was a great decision to go. Dr. Bilotti and his wonderful team of professionals treat me with the utmost care. And, he always takes the time to explain things.

By the way, I live 120 miles from Dr. Bilotti's office. I happily make the trip to get his fantastic care.

Dr. Bilotti is the best Dentist I have ever seen! He has a very comforting demeanor coupled with immense confidence and professionalism, you just know you are in the best hands. He addressed a life-long TMJ problem I've been suffering from in one visit. I'm so fortunate to have found Dr. Bilotti. I actually look forward to going to the Dentist! The other office professionals are top-notch as well! Thanks Dr. Bilotti and staff!!

My family has been seeing Dr. Bilotti for several years now. I have always felt very comfortable with the services I've received from the Dr. and his entire staff. All are very friendly and very concerned with my comfort level and ensuring I have the best experience possible. The offices and equipment are up to date and well maintained. They are prompt with appointment times which leaves me little time to enjoy the great magazine collection!!

The doctor and his entire staff are nothing short of first rate. Dr. Bilotti was highly recommended to me when I moved to JAX 4 years ago and I see why.

I just completed a follow-up visit to replace a filling done years ago by a dentist in my former home town. Again, the staff was first class and Dr. Bilotti was gentle and the repair was totally painless. I cannot reccommend his practice more highly than 5 stars or I would.

I and my children have been clients of Dr. Bilotti for as long as he has been practicing at his current location (20+ years). Only one year, due to a change in my dental insurance, did I try another dentist and we were back the very next year. Recently, I was having some pain in the back of my mouth, but couldn't tell for certain which tooth it was. Dr. Bilotti took the time to test each tooth in the area of my mouth and convinced me to wait so we could be certain which tooth it was. A few weeks later, a portion of the tooth that he suspected was the problem broke off. He was then able to put a filling on it and save it, avoiding a costly crown. He and his staff always make going to the dentist a pleasant experience, whether just getting my teeth cleaned or seeing me immediately when I have had a dental emergency.

As a retired Registered Nurse and a conscientious consumer, I am delighted with the excellent care that I have received from Dr. Jeffrey Bilotti and his team. He has been my dentist for 24 years. I expected State-of-the-Art Dental Care when I entered his office and that is exactly what I found from day one. My gratitude is extended to Dr. Bilotti and his team for their expertise, professionalism, welcoming spirit and follow-up. When you leave the office after a procedure, you know you will receive a call the next day to check your status. Kudos to the best Dental Team in Northeast Florida.

From the minute you walk in to the minute you check out feel confident and comfortable with everyone in Dr. Bilotti's office. I am so thrilled with my experience there. Extractions, root canal - all were done professionally and with no issues. I actually look forward to going back and having the rest of the work completed - not something I ever thought I would be saying about a visit to the dentist ! I have been going to Dr Bilotti for several years and could not be happier. He was referred to me by my eye Doctor who also goes to him. His staff is always courteous and his service has always been very professional. I have recommended several friends and coworkers to him without reservation. I would also be remiss if I did not compliment the outstanding hygienists' that work in the office. Gave them 5 stars because they don't offer 6.
