Best dentist office I've ever been to. We relocated to Jacksonville from a different state and couldn't have picked a better dentist office. My hygienist is very kind, thorough, and professional. Great bed side manners. I even had HGTV on the tv above me as i got my teeth cleaned. You can tell that they really care about customer satisfaction and repairing smiles.

I love Doctor Falcao. He seems very caring and sincere. I have really liked several of the hygienists but seems like there is a big turnover. Also, I really HATE having to call the office to confirm the appointment after receiving texts and email reminders. Charge me if I don’t show up but I make an appointment because I need it. I will call if I need to cancel.
