Dr. Falcao and his staff are amazing, professional and thorough. It has been a very, VERY long time since I've been to a dentist. My hygienist, Sunday, was the best. She eased my anxiety about going to the dentist. She explained everything and made sure I was felt comfortable. Dr. Falcao took the time to listen to my needs and concerns. He is thorough, and you can tell he has great rapport with his staff. This has been the best dentist experience I have ever had. The office is beautiful, and the staff are kind, professional and friendly. Also, BIG kudos to the way they take sanitizing and cleanliness seriously. I witnessed the staff sanitizing hands and equipment frequently. I felt safe the entire time I was there.

I absolutely love love love Dr. Falco he is so patient he takes the time to remember you and his work is always very natural looking so I appreciate that. I also would like to give Rachel with the front office a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ review; she handled a situation for me in 15 minutes that I have been trying to get done since October, yes the front desk definitely dropped the ball!! I was not going to give a 5 star review for the office, because of how dissatisfied I was with the front office. So you can thank Rachel for that save. I am very appreciative for her. You guys have a great office and a friendly staff I hope situations like these will not continue to happen.

Dr. Falcao and his assistant Lindsey are amazing! They tell you exactly what they can and cannot do. They had answers to all of my questions and gave me options. They make you very comfortable just like family if you like your family that is! Lol! I definitely would highly recommend them for you specific dental needs!

I am normally a wreck of nerves when I get to the dentist, however, this visit was excellent! The hygenist was patient when I became anxious and switched techniques to ensure I was relaxed and comfortable (great job). The Dentist was also patient with a warm and friendly tone. He answered all my questions completely and fully understandable. This was my best visit yet at this facility. One small glitch, when I called prior to arriving, I wanted to know what my copays was and was told " nothing". After I got there they said $19. I like to know what I m paying in advanced (area for improvement). They still earned 5 stars because of patient care!

It's not a good idea to put someone at the front desk with poor people skills to greet customers. I arrived for my appointment on time and Rachel at the front desk rudely told me that I was late! Not true bc they called me at least two times to confirm my appointment. Rachel was extremly disrespectful and she had a bad attitude! The office clearly made the mistake with their scheduling and yet I was made to feel like I was wrong. I don't make mistakes with my schedule bc my time is very valuable. I spoke to the office manager and she refused to admit they made an error and would not accommodate me. My husband is/was a client and he's had problems with them scheduling his appointments as well... So this is an ongoing issue. But as of today, we will no longer visit oakleaf family dentistry for our dental care. Integrity is a part of the golden rule and clearly you decided not to do the right thing. The customer is always right!
