Dr. Falcao and his staffs provide outstanding services. Out of all the experiences of dentistry I have been in. Hands down that Dr. Falcao is the best-skilled dentist I have ever met, and his staff, as well. And his facility has a family-friendly atmosphere that welcomes you to comfort.

The dentist is excellent and very personable. His office staff and all but one of the dental techs I have dealt with are useless. The have do not follow up on the Dr.'s orders and are basically incompetent. I received multiple text and emails reminding me of my appointment. But at the last appointment, I waited for almost a half hour beyond my appointment time for a routine cleaning. I told the desk clerk I was leaving and not coming back. No one from this office ever called me to apologize or ask to reschedule the appointment. That confirmed to me that the office staff could not care less about the Dr.'s patients. I feel bad for the dentist because he actually has a great bed side manner. In my opinion, his staff is going to kill his practice.

The staff members and the doc are very nice and professional. I have to have a small filling done so I will get back on the reviews and let you know how they do on procedures. They are very polite and courteous and I definitely would go back to have more cleanings done.

Each appointment was about a 4-6 month wait. They never wanted to make appointments there, they would say "we'll call you" then set the appointment up a few months later and send me an email. Ended up needing a root canal and crown because it took over a year to schedule my first cleaning. I ended up going to another office, cleaning done the next day and root canal done within the week. If I had been seen a month sooner, it wouldnt have needed a root canal. Once you get in there everyone is nice. Scheduling is just a huge problem.

I received facial cosmetic procedures from Dr. Falcao, and I can’t say enough great things about my experience. From the time I walked in, the staff was so welcoming and the lobby itself, is decorated beautifully with a welcoming and modern feel. From scheduling with Criss Ann, to meeting with Dr. Falcao, the whole experience was amazing. Dr. Falcao’s assistant for the procedure, Ashleigh, was so attentive and answered all of my questions. She took the time to go through the treatment procedures with me to ensure the results would meet my expectations. Dr. Falcao took the time to go through each step, listened attentively to my concerns and explained in great depth his treatment plan. He gave me his undivided attention during my procedure and ensured I was comfortable through the whole process. Criss Ann was so helpful in explaining my payment options and plans and made the whole experience a complete joy! Thank you Oakleaf Family Dentistry for such a great experience!

Great experiance in the chair with Sunday (dental tech) but always giving me extra services I don't ask for like fluoride treatments. I'm sure they are told to push these extras but they are optional and i want the option to say no thank you as opposed to asking to have them removed from my bill on the way out the door. Just make sure you agree up front that you do or don't want certain services and you'll have a good experience.

Very friendly service. Everyone there cared about me getting the best treatment possible. They are even willing to work out payment plans with me to help pay for my treatment.

Second visit. The lobby waiting area is clean and nice. The staff is friendly. Tiffany D.H. was amazing. She had great manners, explained the procedure and was “gentle” with the cleaning procedure. She was great. Overall experience in the dental office was great.

I have been going to Dr. Falcao for about 5 years now and have never had an issue. His staff was always wonderful and caring. Lately, however, my experiences have changed significantly.

I paid $500 to get my teeth whitened and the lady who did the whitening process did not know what she was doing (she was reading the instructions as she was completing each step). I was extremely unhappy with the results, as my before and after pictures did not show any difference (the only difference was the $500 missing from my bank account after paying for this procedure). I understand that "results will vary between individuals" when it comes to teeth whitening, but the fact that I saw NO change in my before/after photos was completely disappointing.

Now, I just called the office to schedule a routine teeth cleaning. I have always had great interactions with Dr. Falcao's staff, and I understand that everyone has their bad days. However, Katie answered the phone today and I could barely hear her - even though I could hear the background noise perfectly. She did not speak up and she kept me on hold for a ridiculous amount of time. There was no simple apology, no "thank you for waiting" ... just background noise while (I assume) she was waiting for the calendar to load. Her phone etiquette was completely nonexistent and I honestly have no desire to return to this office now. So thank you, Oakleaf Family Dentistry, for your 5 years of service but I shall be taking my business - and my insurance - elsewhere.

I was nervous to try a new dentist. My dad was always my dentist so having someone I don't know work on my teeth was nerve racking for me. Dr. Falcao eased my mind and nerves soon after meeting him. He was very warm and caring! I recently had some work and he was very gentle and compassionate. His office staff, hygienists and assistants are all professional and kind! Won't go anywhere else!
