Dr. Altenbach and all the staff at his office are wonderful. We've been going there for the last few years, and they are very helpful, kind and make going to the dentist a very pleasant experience. My daughters, who are now age 8 and 11, look forward to the visits...if that says anything. I really appreciate Dr. Altenbach's professionalism and kind personality. And the dental technicians are fantastic.

What a great family atmosphere, and because of the level of comfort and trust, I have now invested in Invisalign braces, about 50 years after the traditional patient! The nice part about this new relationship with Dr. Altenbach, I'll be able to visit the office even more frequently!

This was the loveliest office. The staff and doctor were amazing. I was very nervous and the staff eased all my anxiety and concerns. Dr. Altenbach is a professional, friendly and caring dentist. He takes his time with each procedure and explains exactly what he's doing. Even at a routine cleaning, he takes the time to talk and never gives the feeling that he's in a hurry. He is genuinely concerned with each person's dental care. He is an excellent dentist and I highly recommend him and his wonderful staff.

I have been a patient for many years before Dr. Altenbach took over the practice. I began going after a series of bad experiences with other local dentists and from the beginning I have had nothing but wonderful service. From Betty up front to (the greatest) hygienist Janis, the staff puts your health, care, and comfort first. Dr. Altenbach is always friendly and spends time to get to know you. He also makes sure you are informed about procedures (optional and recommended) so you can make decisions that work for you. I have been so pleased that I have recommended a number of friends and coworkers who now also go to Dr. Altenbach and his team for their dental care. If you are looking for a great dentist, look for further.

The front desk and dental hygienists are practically family. The practice is very accommodating for people with a busy schedule and always very thorough with patient care. Absolutely the best in Jacksonville. The care is phenomenal all the way from the phone calls to the operation. They understand my fear of the Dentist and have always worked with me on that and walked me through it at my pace. I also never have ever had a problem with billing or getting things over to insurance. It's always very quick and I always know what is owed. Have been going since I was a kid and now as an adult will happily continue my care here with them. Spectacular A++ service and quality medicine.
