Had a great, fun time this morn, getting pics and full mouth molds for Invisalign plates!!! Who knew going to the dentist could make you smile Sooo much?!?!? The Dr. and all the staff have great personalities, really make you feel at ease, and have a great sense of humor!! But behind the laughs, there is tremendous professionalism and a drive for perfection...problems + potential problems are explained thoroughly, along with options, recommendations for taking care of them. I have been with Dr. Altenbach since he joined this office, and some of the staff a lot longer....would not hesitate to recommend anyone to come to his office for the most up-to-date practices + technology.

Dr. Altenbach and his staff go above and beyond for each patient. They are cordial, warm, and always professional. They are accommodating when trying to schedule an appointment. Dr. Altenbach is current with the latest technology. He spends time talking and explaining dental procedures and processes. I would recommend Dr. Altenbach to be your dentist.

From the moment I stepped foot in the welcoming San Jose office, I knew I was going to be in for a dental experience unlike any other. Dr. Altenbach is not only extremely knowledgeable, but also very personable and an expert at his craft. With masterful precision, he was able to make a cavity filling feel like a routine cleaning. I really appreciate Dr. Altenbach and his team. I am terrified of the dentist, but they have worked with me to alleviate my fears. I usually would visit with a dentist once or twice and never return. I have received services from Dr. Altenbach since 2013. In this time, I have dealt with many issues that I had put off for years. I could not wish for a more patient dentist and staff.

I have been with this practice since Dr. Wagner, dating back to about 30 years ago. I enjoyed working with Dr. Alton and now enjoy working with Dr. Altenbach. My teeth have been well-cared for by an incredible team for a long time. The longevity of the employees I have known for 30 years is a testament to the business and I feel like I'm with family when I get my teeth cleaned.

Dr. Altenbaugh and staff are extremely professional at all times. He is a perfectionist with all the work he does and he is honest, low-key, helpful, tells you all the options you have, quotes a price so you will know the cost, and then lets you make a decision. I strongly recommend him to everyone.

I've been coming to this practice for over 30 years! For the last several years Dr Altenbach has been carrying on with the same quality, professional care that Dr Wagoner and Dr Alton provided. The entire staff is great including friendly Betty at the front desk and all the hygienists. My (now adult) daughters wish they could still come to this office!

Dentists are scary people. Dr. Altenbach makes going to the dentist almost relaxing. He understands my concerns, talks me through everything he does and why he's doing it. Dr. Sean stays current with technology and only does what he knows and trusts is best for me and my family. I am a serious nighttime grinder and got a new night guard last year. I was sceptical about its durability, but it is well worth it! Dr. Sean even resurfaced it when it looked like I might need to get a new one! I love that he and his office consider my pocketbook and work with me. I always enjoy going as they are all so nice, friendly, efficient, and provide excellent service! I highly recommend Dr. Sean Altenbach and his office for your dental needs.

Dr. Sean M. Altenbach has been my Dentist since 2013, when he took over an existing 70 year practice where I’d been a patient since the Eighties. He and his staff have been absolutely fantastic. I’ve had 5 cleanings, 2 crowns, 2 fillings and they guided me through a graft to stop my gums from receding. They are pleasant, kind, thorough, courteous and most importantly painless. He’s a local Beaches Resident, born and raised. The practice is located where Baymeadows ends and is easily accessible from anywhere in Jacksonville. I highly recommend them for anyone who needs a Dentist.

I have been going to this practice since it was originally started by Dr. Wagner (whom I had been going to since I was a child). Dr. Wagner chose a great replacement when he retired and I would say Dr. Altenbach has filled some very hard to fill shoes. Dr. Altenbach has great "chair side" manner and always makes sure you are comfortable. He and his staff are always polite and friendly. I will not go anywhere else for my dental needs.
