We arrived for our appointment end of day 15 minutes early and daughter got seen 15 minutes after appointment. Very annoying to arrive early and seen late and no one to say anything at check in that they’re running late! Since it was after 5 when daughter got done tech was in a hurry to get us out so instead of being able to make follow up appointment that doesn’t interfere with our work/school schedule, tech just made one and in a bad mood rushed us out.
We know Ms Susan just retired but we should miss her already...
