They are horrible at keeping on time appointments. First you wait an extra 15 minutes in the waiting room and then another 20 in the patient’s chair. Never once was I seen on time. Their booking is shorty at best. Duplicate billing, they change which insurance they accept daily! (Slight exaggeration but they told me to get this one insurance and before it expired they stopped accepting it and told me to get another insurance !! I got it only bc of their recommendation!! They change front office staff so frequently you don’t speak to the same person twice. Dental work from the actually dentist was okay, but I won’t be going back. Too much confusion in the office.

Truly an amazing place!! The front staff was always pleasant and accommodating. Dr. Valls is amazing at what he does and has the best bedside manners. I have done cleanings, crowns and fillings here and I would recommend south beach dentistry for all your dental needs. I have even done botox at this office! I have gotten it done in other places where they botched it but Dr Valls did an amazing job.
