Office was very nice & accommodating & the Dentist Alexandra Ortega-Arguello was the very best I’ve ever experienced.
They used some very impressive equipment to make a perfect crown in just a few minutes.
I received a perfectly fitted crown in the same visit and am super happy to have found these guys. I’d recommend to anyone, I’m just so impressed with the whole experience, including the price.

I had such a marvelous experience with the Miramar Beach office. It started off by showing up to their office to be told I was at the wrong location. With out any problem I was rescheduled to the next opening. Vicky the dental hygienist cleaned my teeth as they had never been cleaned before. She has a gentle hand and is very personable. She discovered two cavities in my mouth. Dr. Ortega came in to check my mouth and agreed. I was fit right in to have them done in a few days. Dr. Ortega is the best Dentist I have ever been to. She even sings on and off while working in your mouth. She puts you at ease. My teeth felt perfect the very next day. I had no sensitivity to hot or cold and was able to eat crunchy food the same day no problem. I liked the Dr.‘s work so much I went back to have her remove my old silver fillings. She did four teeth for me very efficiently along with her Dental assistant Angela. Angela was amazing and had a calming effect on me. I have never been a fan of the Dentist but this place is truly amazing. I heard laughter at the front desk and it made me happy. They have a great setup going on at the Miramar Beach Smileology. I will be back.

Place is a nightmare. I had a few cavities filled over 2 months ago. Since those fillings I have dropped 25 pounds, can no longer eat anything harder than sushi and have had to survive the day on Advil. I have gone in every week for an entire month (if not longer) trying to get them to fix this diesaster with no luck. I went it yet again today and was told I was pretty much out of luck. If you’re looking for a dentist near Destin that will actually be there for you when you NEED them stay far away from this corporate nightmare. Hopefully my new dentist will be able to fix the nightmare they left me with. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!

A really nice office, and even nicer staff! I hadn’t been to the dentist in 8 years and had a lot of problems. I was feeling very insecure about it but the staff put me at ease and put me on a treatment plan. I’ve had absolutely no pain, Lynn is amazing at her job. The best thing about this place besides the people is I have shown up early for my appointments and been in the chair before my scheduled time! I’ve never had to wait in the lobby for more than a few minutes. I would recommend smileology in Miramar to everybody.
