I always feel comfortable when I visit this office. The staff is always so nice and inviting. Very professional with a comfortable atmosphere. I feel safe with all the precautions they take with the way things are with COVID-19. I highly recommend this office to everyone!!

Really friendly staff and good dental care focusing on prevention. They use the latest in technology that is easily understandable by the patient. Also, did a fantastic job with our child. Overall, great experience going to the dentist.

So far every visit here has been great, no complaints at all. The staff is very friendly, talking to them feels like your in a little family. Definitely recommend Smileology.

Do not come here for dental services. I came here for a second opinion from the Santa Rosa Beach office. I had no pain when I walked in and let him do 1 crown, that I according to him, absolutely needed. (He recommended a total of 4 crowns...) Drilling for the crown caused constant throbbing pain, and apparently was to deep as it drove the need for a root canal.

I have since consulted a different doctor. My new doctor said the other three teeth (that smileology insisted needed crowns) were fine and were pre-cavities best treated with fluoride instead of power equipment.

Also, they keep submitting the wrong x-rays to my insurance company. The damage was done back in February and I still do not have my money back. They are unresponsive to my calls and the customer service is absolutely unacctaptable. If you want health teeth, DO NOT GO TO SMILEOLOGY.

Dr. Broutin and his marvelous staff will change your view of dentistry. I had had a couple of very bad experiences with another dentist that had caused me to stop routine care. I heard good things about Dr. Broutin from several people and, despite my fears, made an appointment. I'm so glad I did!
Dr. Broutin listens closely to you, your fears, your concerns. He explains thoroughly what he will do and does it in the most pain-free way possible. Karen, my hygienist, is also very informative and encouraging, and gentle.
It is such a relief to have found such dedicated and caring people. Every member of staff I have encountered treats you with professionalism and courtesy.
Don't miss your chance to go to the dentist fear-free. They are just the best!

Very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Everyone In the office was attentive, and really took the time to make sure I was comfortable and every need was met. My hygienist was Lynn and she was such a delight! Would highly recommend this location!

Heard about this business from their website and even though it is hard to find back in the corner of the shopping center the staff and the dentist were so friendly. I love their discount program for someone like me that doesn't have insurance. Def recommend :)

From the moment I walked in I felt very comfortable and at ease. Dr. Broutin and his staff were only interested in fixing the problems I came in with. It was nice to visit a practice that was not trying to "sell" me on something I didn't need. I feel like this is the first Dentist I've gone to in years that actually cared about my dental hygiene and health. Great office and genuine people.
