Felt full court pressure for up sale of services. 1 hr 20 min visit, only 15 minutes on teeth cleaning. Rest was "consultation". I had not been to dentist for few years due to death of my dentist but not warm feeling leaving. Staff very kind.

Just finished with one of several routine maintenance visits. I located Dr. Broutin and his Team when I first moved to the area. The experience begins and ends with Summer (so helpful) and new addition Nicole, welcoming you and later thanking you for visiting one of the most exceptional dental practices. Then on to "my" hygienist, Karen, I am blessed to have someone so caring to assist with my dental health. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable and professional, but also so very comforting( a rare find). It's always a pleasure to "visit" with Karen. Dr. Broutin is also the "best", in my opinion. I am extremely appreciative of his caring , professional expertise which has resulted in an innovative state of the art dental experience. We are exceptionally fortunate to have access Dr. Broutin and his team --right in our own backyard!

I’ve been going to Bluewater Bay Dental for more than 5 years and have always been completely happy with Dr. Broutin and his staff. They are very professional, personable and always try to accommodate their patients for dental emergencies. That’s really important when you’ve broken a crown and want it fixed quickly. Additionally, they don’t perform any procedure without letting you know step-by-step what they plan to do.

If I could I would give Dr. Broutin and his staff ten stars! Five just isn't enough! They are phenomenal!!!! When we first moved here a friend recommended him to me. So I called the office to make an appointment. This is when I first encountered Summer. She was so friendly and upbeat. She provided me with several choices for appointment times and sent me several reminders of my appointment. The day of my appointment, I met the rest of Dr. Broutin's staff. Everyone introduced themselves to me. I felt so at ease. My experiences have been the same ever since. Karen and Natasha are so easy to talk to and very non judgmental. Dr Broutin always provides explanation and takes whatever time is necessary to make the dentist a very comfortable and painless experience They were so wonderful that I also started bringing my kids to him. Usually I am adamant that they go to a pediatric dentist but he and his staff are so gentle and wonderful to the kids, my decision was easy. My youngest daughter who is four has had some issues with her teeth. However, she always leaves with a big smile on her face; always wanting to return. With the techniques that he uses and the state of the art equipment that he has, any treatment that my children or I have ever had is virtually painless. We are a military family; Bluewater Bay Dental with Dr. Broutin and his staff is by far our best dental experience!!!
