Dr. Nerikar is very kind and provides quality care. His young secretaries need to learn to answer questions in a professional manner. Very demeaning and disrespectful. Just because someone is older, or even disabled does not automatically mean that they are poorly educated or have an inability to understand. Asking for clarification should not be met with irritation or a demeaning tone of voice.
