Jonesville Family Dentistry

As a long-time resident of Gainesville, I am pleased to highly recommend this dental office to the community. The entire staff was friendly, punctual, and efficient. The front desk staff was extremely helpful, and worked me into the schedule quickly.

9/6/2017 - just another amazing visit! They fixed my front chipped tooth and I was careless with it. I broke a piece off. After a 2 min phone call, they asked me to come in the following day to fix it. After a funny conversation and a relaxing lounge on the dentist chair, my tooth was fixed. It took them about 5 min to make it look better thank the first time. I love my fixed tooth and my new dentist office. My wife is on her way now to get things done too. Everyone is so friendly and it all about ME! :) now I’m back to having smiling contests with JEM, who also had her chipped tooth fixed. We look great! Don’t mind the gunky stuff on my teeth. I just had my cleaning and they applied fluoride.

I am usually freaked out about dentists but I have to say that it was such an amazing visit. My daughter and I arrived shortly after a rain storm passed. We were both a little wet and the office was cool. The very nice lady behind the counter got my daughter a warm blanket so that she was not cold. They also loved on my daughter while I was attended too. The kept her busy and interacted with her the entire time. It was all about US. Everyone was so nice. The office was extremely clean and was organized. The lady who took my x-rays was very detailed oriented and would only accept the best x-ray. The dentist was super nice and answered every question I had. Needless to say, I was not afraid a bit. Best of all, they were honest and only suggested the best action plan for my dental needs that did not include unnecessary up-sells. I am 100% satisfied and fully recommend this dentist office.

Staff is great! Very friendly and accommodating. They got me scheduled for my treatments as quick as possible . The also got my wife in for a broken tooth the next day!
Dr. Nerikar is great! He explained what he was doing and made sure I was completely numbed and had minimal discomfort!

I recently switched to this practice and they are amazing. ALL the staff as well as Dr. Brodach are friendly & professional. It took a long time to find a practice that was just as good as the one I grew up with. I'm very happy I found Jonesville Family Dentistry.

My husband and I have been seen by Dr. Nerikar since the office opened. His dental skills are excellent and we are very pleased with the care we have had. We appreciate the care from all of the staff especially our hygienist, Runa. They work to get you seen quickly if you are having a problem. I am always happy to recommend them.

the front staff are rude and do not care about patients. They apparently have no accountability on who runs your insurance and are not competent enough to have the decency or a policy when it comes to making the patient aware of a coverage issue. they will bill your insurance with the highest level of service for a regular cleaning even if your insurance doesn't cover a detailed exam but once every 2 years. they wont call you back or apologize for there unprofessional services. I've NEVER had a dentist office not run my insurance and bill for what ever they want and then have the patient responsible for the bill when I only went for a cleaning which my insurance DOES cover. rude! money hungry thieves and apparently did not clean there rooms or take infection control precautions prior to COVID because they also now adding a 10$ room cleaning fee for all patients as a medical facility they should have always had a budget for High quality infection control supplies and PPE for there employees. probably just another way to make a buck due to there loss of cliental .my entire family will not be back including Friends who have been seen there who also are unsatisfied with the front staff and billing.

I recently became a patient of Jonesville Family Dentistry, but I can tell I will be a patient for a long time! The staff was friendly and professional. I was seen right on time, no waiting at all! They explained everything to me as they were working which I really appreciated! I highly recommend Dr. Nerikar and his team.

My whole family (including little kiddos) go here. The whole staff are amazing! They are so patient with my kids. When I had a newborn with me, one of the hygienists was so excited to hold him for me while I had my teeth cleaned. Dr. Nerikar is so nice and very thorough. Debbie at the front desk is the sweetest!

Today was my first visit this was the best experience I have EVER had at a dentist! Dr. Brodach was AMAZING! He was very informative and such a pleasure to talk to. The hygienist also did a great job with my cleaning. I couldn't ask for a better dental experience!

I was terrified about going to the dentist but the entire staff and Dr. Nerikar did an excellent job on my cleaning and dental procedures. Would recommend to everyone and will continue going to this Dentist in the future.
