Jonesville Family Dentistry

I was very nervous, when I went in but immediately put at ease. Crystal, the dental hygienist was amazing. Very, easy to talk to and professional. Answered all my questions. Felt more like a friend, or family then a patient. Dr. Brodach, was also very friendly, and professional. Explained everything that needed to be done and didn't waste time worrying about unnecessary procedures. Will definitely, be my dentist.

My first visit was exceptional, but my return visit was a nightmare. I called to request an antibiotic prescription as a tooth that needed to come out had gotten infected. Dr. Nerakar refused until the next day, which left me 24hrs without treatment. During my procedure he said I had been rude to his staff and he was "doing me a favor" by seeing me for the extraction. My "rude" behavior included not taking "no" for an answer, and asking to speak to the Dr. when his receptionist stated, "I'm not a doctor, I can't write prescriptions." I then asked to speak to the doctor, and was told he would call me back "at his convenience." He never did. Because medication was withheld, I had a virulent infection at the site during the procedure, and it was extremely painful and traumatic. Will be looking for a new dentist.

I've had an amazing experience from start to finish! I was able to make my appointment today from just calling yesterday. The dental hygienists Jennifer and Runa were able to make my normally anxious experience super quick and easy and were all super nice. Normally I would be reluctant to coming back to the dentist but they've made it such a friendly experience that its not a problem anymore.

My husband and I visited Jonesville Family Dentistry for the first time and saw Dr. Nerikar. It was hands down the best experience we've had. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. They were even able to fit us in for a same day cleaning which was extremely helpful. We were not surprised by the cost for the visit because they informed us of the cost before any work was done. We were also given our estimate for the next visit before we left the office so that we know how much the next visit will cost. We are so glad that we have found a new dentist for our family!

As someone who hasn’t been to the dentist in over a decade, Jonesville put me at ease. First my thanks to Mr. Garza for helping me secure the appointment so quickly, especially as a new patient.

Also, thanks to Crystal for being very welcoming and assuring and helping to calm my nerves, answering all of my questions and taking the time to make sure I was completely comfortable during my cleaning.

Seeing my teeth be clean again, I honestly thought it wouldn’t ever happen. I’ve never been a fan of how my smile looked. I haven’t stopped smiling since my appointment was over.

Everyone in that office is so welcoming, caring and willing to assist with any questions or concerns. I’m so happy to be a patient there.

If you are looking for a new dentist in Gainesville, Jonesville is the best you can get. I am very anxious about dental work, and everyone in the office is extremely kind and supportive. I’ve gotten lots of work done here, and every experience has reduced my fear of dentistry more and more. Dr. Brodach is by far the best dentist I have had and does a great job with explaining what is going on with your teeth and goes through your treatment plan. He’ll answer all your questions and make sure you’re comfortable with how he moves forward. I can’t recommend this place enough!

This is the most amazing dental practice I’ve ever been to! Dr Neirkar, his assistants, & office staff really made me feel welcome. Being in the health care field for over 40 years, I am highly critical of great patient care. I could not find a single flaw. Their qualities in patient care, professionalism, cleanliness, friendliness absolutely shine. The sweet young lady who just had a baby has a smile that just doesn’t quit with a great personality that compliments all.
It’s a delight to drive 200 miles to go the dentist.

I recently moved to the Gainesville area and wanted to establish myself with a caring and professional dental team. I am so happy that I chose Jonesville Family Dentistry. The staff is very friendly and inviting, and during my first appointment I felt comfortable. The dental hygienist, Crystal, did an amazing job cleaning my teeth; she was detailed and thorough. Dr. Nerikar answered all of my questions and truly took the time to get to know me and my dental history. I am so happy with the experience.

WOW! This morning was my 1st visit with Jonesville Family Dentistry & it won’t be my last! Because of my wonderful experience, this office deserves a long appreciated review! Word of mouth means a lot to me! My family & I had to find another Dentist due to change of insurance. A couple of months ago, I had cervical spine surgery & now have to be on an antibiotic 1 hour prior to any dental work for a year. I called the Pharmacy last night to see if the Rx was ready since I hadn’t received a text yet. They said they couldn’t find it. Since it was after hours, I decided to call the Dentist emergency # on the recording. My appt was at 7:45am this morning, so I knew I had to have it. Dr. Nerikar answered & immediately called the Pharmacy. He then text me to let me know he talked to the Pharmacist & I could go pick it up. He was very apologetic & pleasant to talk to. I had great x-rays & a thorough cleaning this morning by Crystal. Two of my crowns popped off a few months ago within weeks of each other, but I could put them back on & eat cautiously. We’re thinking it may have been from stress grinding my teeth while I sleep, which I definitely do! Dr. Nerikar was short staffed today due to an employee family death & asked if I could come back tomorrow morning to cement them back on. I was perfectly fine with that, but he suddenly decided to just do it right then. They cemented on perfectly, with no problems at all! The front desk staff was so kind & helped me utilize my insurance to the fullest for the remaining of this year & next year due to work I know I need done to my teeth. Dr. Nerikar didn’t just tell me everything I needed done, but showed me on the the X-rays & pictures Crystal took. I was also able to schedule my husband & 2 children for cleanings this year also. I’m VERY pleased with this Dentist & office staff!! The office is beautiful & very clean as well! So excited to find another Dentist so quickly & be this happy with my choice! We had been going to the same Dentist for 20+ years & this was a perfect change for us! Thank you Jonesville Family Dentistry!!!!❤️❤️
