Punctuality is not respected in this clinic. They insist on punctuality from the patient side and they fail to show it on their part.
After wasting 90 minutes waiting to be seen, I opted for storming out of the place. That was a lot better than having a loud argument.
It is strange what a few months can do ....
My 2nd visit to this clinic happened 8 months after the first one.
It was an emergency call based on the bew regulations followed to comply with the Covid-19 quarantine.
I was really surprised to find a new set of staff speaheaded by a very sweet.staff-member called Jameela. Her na.me means " beautiful. And she really made my experience this time beautiful.
Thank God that the emergency I had combined with the short distance between my home in this clinic availed me the chance to re-evaluate my experience.and come up with a new, better judgement.

I want to thank Dr. Murad K. Thakur & his staff. I was EXTREMELY nervous about having an extraction done however his staff helped me get over my fear. I LOVE the staff, they are very humble & very nice. I would highly recommend Dr. Murad K. Thakur!! Again thank you so much to you & your staff.

Very superb and great place. Professional and courteous.
Only thing i didn't like was what was playing on the tv was kind of horrifying when you are already nervous due to extraction. Anyway, i asked her and she turned it off.

Unbelievably poor service! One of the owners (Savanna) actually called me to try to reschedule for an earlier appointment the day before. She sounded extremely sketchy on the voicemail as if she knew they weren’t going to honor my original appointment. I decided to stick with the appointment that I was scheduled only to find out the day of the appointment they weren’t going to honor the appointment they made. How can an owner do something like this? Didn’t even have the decency to call me back after I had been calling to get to the bottom of why my appointment was canceled. If business is handled this way i’d prefer not to do business at all. Good luck to the fools who dare.

I was referred by my wife/friend/and mother in law to this location. The staff cleaning the teeth are friendly as well as the woman in charge of manning the front counter. However the "gentleman" (if you would like to call him that) with the long hair that works in the back office portion, is as rude as can be. He not only double charged my card twice but had the audacity after I clearly showed him that it was ran through the first time tell me "well I didn't think xx amount would put you in a financial situation". How dare you ask someone about there financial capabilities especially as a place that I have been referred to by many. I not only pulled myself out of this location and will never go back but I also have pulled 5 other members out of this location because if you have the audacity to ask me about my financial situations when you work in a office dedicated to helping those in need of such services, you don't deserve mine or my families business. If it wasn't for this one individual that works here the whole business would receive amazing marks but this discourteous individual lost more then one person he cost your business many.

Dr. Thakur is an great dentist. Office staff is very nice too. I went to them when I was in pretty bad shape due to a bad bridge. He put in a new bridge & now I can eat with both sides of my mouth again!

Didn't like it at all, too painful, too expensive, they only care for the money. What about your teeth. There's no emotion and the lady is always looking for money, doesn't matter if you are having the procedure she will come and ask for money. I understand money is important, but God have some mercy on patients.

Dr Thakur's office is not just good at dentistry but is also takes an active role in being kind to their clients,

As just a client with minimal interaction to their office when an immidiate family member passed away a week later they called me up to offer their condolences and support.

Also one time when getting a filling replaced Dr Thakur spent his time to inform me of the engineering/economic benefits of the various types of filling, he informed me of the proximity of thermal expansion of the different fillings to the dentin that they are trying to replace as well as their cost and expected lifespan. I am confident of the choices made to my dental care.

I was seen today. Office closed at 12pm. I got thrte11:59a.m. I was seen and acomadated. I was asked by staff if I had eaten. I Said no. The staff asked if I ate. I said no. I was fasting. She was nice to give me a snack. I must admit I hate going to dentist. I get severe anxiety. I have a wisdom tooth with extra skin growing over it. He removed it and it was painless. I never been to a dentist and had everything perfect from beginning to end.

Honestly, I've had such a great experience it's hard to write it down. The staff is extremely friendly, Dr. Zufari was constantly spiraling with me throughout the experience to make sure I felt no pain. I truly appreciate everything they did for me. I definitely recommend this place for everyone.
