The wait time is quick. The dentist and cleaning people are friendly and do excellent work.
I did have an issue with back pay and had to call in about 20 times for an issue that still didn't get resolved. But then when I went for an app today they credited it to my account so I did work out but was a big hassel. Also some of the receptionists on the phone weren't very friendly at times.
Overall I really like this office and hope to continue going. My teeth have seen the best care in a long time.

The hygienist was very nice and careful. I can’t help but wonder if my extensive dental work could have been avoided had I had more frequent checkups. (I’m thinking our April appts we’re cancelled when the hygienist quit and we were rescheduled for Oct.) Nearly $2,000 after service plan discount in dental caps seems outrageous for a person living on social security even using Care credit. I have no choice really

This is the 10 o'clock today's appointment for cleaning. I like this office. All the staff is friendly, and polite, even the doctors 😆. They talk to you, they explain what they are going to do, what they are doing, and what they've done! There are two things I don't like: they won't take my insurance any longer after 12/31/22, and that they don't give a lolly pop after services 😁😁😁 I highly recommend this hidden gem of dentist office. Very cool people render services here. I would be heartbroken 💔 if I can not come back because of insurance. Let's start shopping for dental insurance!! Any sugesstion ???

Serene Dental is the best! I've been going here for years, and don't plan on leaving anytime soon. The dentists are great and have changed throughout the years, but the office staff and hygienists are amazing, friendly, and the ones that keep the office top-tier.

Very quick and painless tooth extraction! The receptionist was great at communicating, when I was feeling pain she was able to get my appointment sooner.

The actual procedure went very well and the dentist ensured I wouldn’t feel any pain.

This review is by my husband: Cancelled my appointment without notification, even though I had confirmation text hours prior. Received a reminder text the morning of (at 10am, appointment was at 1) that did not ask for a reply or confirmation. I took the day off work to make this appointment. Staff was indifferent and acted like it was an inconvenience that I showed up on time for my appointment, and didn’t offer for me to wait or reschedule. Said they “gave away” my appointment, which must have happened the same day because they sent a “see you soon” reminder text the morning of. They also sent a “rate our service” text afterwards, which led me to write this review.

The check in was quick and they called me in less than 5 minutes. The staff are very friendly and very courteous. Nice and clean facility. The Doctor was also great.

Went into location after reading online they can do emergency stuff. I went up there bc I am in the worse pain I have ever felt and come to find out they are open but no doctor. Then why be open?? I asked if I could get advice. I was told no. Then asked if I could come back in the morning and they no are full without even trying to see. Horrible customer service. Nice try in the response. I was there at 4 o'clock on the dot. One hour before close. Nothing was said about helping me a different day. I asked if I could come back in the morning and was told no.

Went in for a simple dental cleaning. I’ve never had anyone scrape my teeth so hard that it left scratch marks and small wedges on my teeth and they definitely chipped my wisdom tooth in the back. Would never recommend this place. This dentist office is the kind that would recommend you a route canal without even needing one to make more $$$ of you. Stay far away!

Staff are very good and very pleasant, but I am very disapointed because my new teeth dont match my teeth,s color.
They look darker after I paid too much. Problably need to go somewhere else to see if they can fix.
