Good Morning,
I received a call today from your office to reschedule my appt because the dental hygienist called off.
The problem with the phone call is not that I was told that my appt is cancelled instead is that the person who called was unprofessional. I told her I would like for my appt to be rescheduled and she said there are no appts until January she proceeded to say if someone cancels between these two days we will schedule you instead.
I would like to be clear in the fact that I have been with Dr. Morra for 12 years now I like the Dr so much I have brought my daughter as private pay patient just because he is great at what he does.
however telling me that if someone cancels they will notify me and if no one cancels then ill have to wait six months is not the proper way to deal with such situations since I had a scheduled appt to begin with.
which I told the person who called me and she said ill have my manager call because I am not getting good vibes from you. I asked for her name 3 times and she hung up on my face.
that is unacceptable!
Customer Service is important! this is exactly how you loose the loyalty of long term patients!
