Brown & Nawrocki Restorative and Cosmetic Dentistry

When I first met Dr. Andrew Nawrocki, I sensed right away, this is the person I want to do implants on my Wife, after a battle with cancer in her jaw. He was intent to ease her mind about the procedure, step by step. The outcome was exactly how it was explained and then it was my turn! I had what they call a Round House put in on my uppers twenty some odd years ago and time took it's toll, so off to Brown & Nawrocki I went! I sat down with Andrew as he once again filled me in on the procedure and the appointment was made to begin. Being Ex- Military and with 10th Group Special Forces, I figured what pain there might be is not worth fretting about and when all the smoke cleared, I took off my headset and went back to Mount Dora, where we live. No pain pills needed, slept like a baby.
Two days later, went back for a check up, all was fine and then waited for time to pass for getting the impression done. It was then decided at impression time, that my gums needed shaving and that this may be uncomfortable, it was not,, a few shots, flattening and healing time done! The Holidays held up the process, no fault of B&N but as of yesterday, i now have my new implants and they look and feel like my own! Malissa and the rest of the staff could not have been any nicer, they made my hour and a half commute, both ways, worthwhile and I don't have enough words to say about Andrew. You have worked on the both of us now Andrew and you are the best!! Always upbeat and informative, Ya done great "Needles"

Two years ago I came to Dr. Andrew Nawrocki with a failing bridge that involved 6 teeth that needed to be replaced. Dr Nawrocki I found is an expert in dental implants. He sat down with me and explained the plan of two implants & crowns giving me permanent teeth. The implants were painless and the temporaries were great while waiting for the finished work. I was concerned about matching the color and shape since two of the teeth would be next to the front teeth. Dr. Nawrocki didn't stop until I said perfect. Thank you Barbara, Aimee, Sue, Debbie and Melissa for your part in making my smile just what I wanted. I highly recommend Dr .Nawrocki and the staff of caring professionals. Also thanks to Ruthie for the very best hygiene cleanings. She has taught me so much in taking care of me teeth. My husband and I trust Dr Nawrocki for all our dental needs.

While waiting to get my teeth clean another gentlemen waiting commented he loved this office. I inquired what do you like about it. He said all the staff are friendly and professional. The dentist are excellent at explaining conditions and treatments in lay terms.The layout of the office allows privacy and I do not hear drilling which I hate.The equipment is state of the art and I love pain free treatment.There is a family atmosphere as opposed to shopping center turn stile practices where you are a number.They know you.He said I knew what to look for as my niece is a hygienist. I told him I concurred with him and so did my daughter. You just outlined the reasons I come as a patient and the reason my daughter chose this as her place of employment.I forgot to mention she is a hygienist. Welcome to the family!

I started going to Brown and Nawrocki after a less than desirable experience with another local dentist. The staff treats me well and the Dr. is personable. The prices are a high but the I haven't had any problems with the work they have done. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for competent and professional services.

I cracked a molar, called for an appointment, and was seen the next day (my choice; I was not in pain, so not a real emergency). The following morning I had a crown placed on the cracked molar, and another crown placed on a second tooth that already had a hairline crack. I found the office to be very pleasant and the support staff are friendly and efficient. The dental work was done efficiently and with an admirable degree of professionalism. I heartily recommend Brown and Nawrocki Dentistry.

There aren’t enough adjectives I could use to convey how appreciative I am of Dr. Nawrocki and his staff, particularly Barbara.

I am having some serious pain regarding my wisdom teeth and a molar that needs to be removed. Another dental office I went to referred me to a surgeon that can’t get me in July.

Dr. Nawrocki saw me the next day after calling, examined my teeth and even though he couldn’t remove them, called a surgeon himself and got me an appointment for tomorrow. He didn’t have to, but he did. I have horrible anxiety regarding dentist offices and Dr. Nawrocki and his staff were so kind.

Transferring to his office to become a routine patient due to how wonderful I was treated and how helpful that have been.

I used the same dentist for 25 years before he retired and I moved to Dr. Nawrocki. The staff here is fast, friendly, and competent. Clean and professional office. Could not be happier with my dental care. Strongly reccommended!

Dr. Brown & Dr. Nawrocki are both extremely professional but also extremely personable. Every time I walk into the practice I feel welcomed, comfortable, and at ease. In my opinion...those three things are vital when seeing your dentist. Extremely clean office and the latest technology is used every time I'm there. If you are looking for a dentist that ISN'T your typical stuffy, unwelcoming, just here to get the job done, office....then go see them!
