Dr. Nawrocki is first class! Not only did I experience great treatment from the moment I walked in the door, I can also say that my time in the dental chair was actually enjoyable. Dr. Nawrocki is a true specialist in his field.

Just had my 11th crown installed. Great work, Dr. Brown and Aimee!
No pain, no discomfort, just a great fit, and I couldn't even tell which tooth they capped.
Came right home and celebrated with a refrigerated caramel - tooth stayed put!

Dr. Nawrocki and his able assistant, Sue Bagnall restored my smile! After breaking a front tooth Monday , they saw me first thing Tuesday, got prepped and ready for the crown on Wednesday morning. Was able to make an important date at 12:00 noon! You people are fantastic! I can't smile without you!

I suffered for 3 years with a misplaced implant that hurt around the gum tissue most of the time. I searched the internet to find doctors in my area who would be able to remove the implant without any more damage to the remaining bone. I was looking to find a dentist who could remove this implant for a cost that I could afford. It was a blessing that i found Dr. Nawrocki. He use an implant removing tool! The implant was removed in 10 minutes without any damage. He also did a bone graft on the same tooth as well. I had little to no bleeding and no pain. It is now 1 day later, I do not feel any pain and I am happy! Thank you so much Dr. Andrew Nawrocki, you are life saver.

As a fellow dentist, I can say that Drs' Brown and Nawrocki are fabulous clinicians and great people. Dr Nawrocki is second to none in comprehensive implant dentistry! I highly recommend this practice.

My experience at Dr. Brown and Nawrocki's office has been second to none. The dentist and the office staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

I’ve never left a review for anyone, but I’m so angry I went out of my way to figure out how to warn people of the practices of this office.
I was visiting from another state. My temporary upper broke in half and my vacation was about to be ruined because of lack of front teeth which is both embarrassing and caused me not to be able to chew my food. I called this dental office and they were very accommodating and gave me an appointment for the following day.
The technician, Barbara, looked at my partial and said it was in worse shape than she thought and that she only had 30 minutes to work on my mouth. She mended and fitted the temporary in that amount of time and the office charged me $360 for that 1/2 hour of work. I was not unhappy to pay that much to save my vacation BUT I did think it was a lot of money for 30 minutes of a technicians work.
The piece fell out in two hours, it broke in the same spot and was now totally useless bc the temporary was filled with dental cement.
OK...
I called the office and the told me to return the next day, and a different technician looked at the temporary and spent an hour (maybe a little more), really working on my piece. I believe a lot of the work was getting the cement drilled out of the piece but I’m not a dental person so I can’t be sure that the amount of time was related to the previous day cement. When Melissa was finished the piece fit nice and snug and looked better than the previous day. I was happy, so when they asked me for another $88 for an office visit, I was a little irritated but I paid it without a fuss.
I’m sure you guessed it. The piece fell out broken during my first meal (somewhere around 3-4 hours). I was eating a very reasonable textured piece of salmon. The plate was out, broken, and filled with cement. I was now unable to even use FIXODENT to hold the piece in place for aesthetic reasons.
I called the office, left a detailed message, and waited two days for Lauren to get back to me. This conversation did not go well. She was very rude and militant in nature. We went round and round about “standing behind the quality of their work”, and their price for the first days 30 minutes of time for $360.
My solution was that I was willing to pay (2) office visits for $88 for the technicians time but the lack of success (and my time wasted) should have resulted in being reimbursed $272.
Lauren wasn’t having any of that and there was 0 compromise. She claimed the Dr would not be in for (4) more days when I asked to speak with him.
This was not a lot of money we were arguing over. However the feeling that I was scammed because I’m not from the area (something Lauren repeated over and over as if I was lucky they saw me) made me very upset.
Up until the convo with Lauren, I liked the office staff and the doctor who I chatted with briefly on my first visit. The office is beautiful and exudes confidence that this is a quality establishment. However when it comes to the $$$ the professionalism went out the window. I was treated rudely and got 0 relief for my $450 dollars worth of service.
If you are from out of town... stay away!

The staff at Dr's Brown & Nawrocki are extremely friendly and helpful. I like that there are evening hours available, and the room where I get my dental cleaning has a window with a view of nature.

I had a great experience, and would recommend to anyone in the Ormond/Daytona area. They operate out of a small local office right off of the main strip - I was thankful to be met with excellent care, friendly workers, and a great facility. After price shopping the area and being met with impersonal care and excessive prices - Brown & Nowrocki was a sight for sore eyes!
