Brown & Nawrocki Restorative and Cosmetic Dentistry

Great experience from start to finish. I was able to book an appointment quickly, the staff was friendly, and Dr Nawrocki was super knowledgeable and an all around awesome guy! Definitely found my new dentist. 10/10 would recommend.

Our dentist of over twenty years retired several years ago and we were recommended to Dr. Nawrocki. My kids have been treated here regularly. The new doctors in this practice are not experienced. My son has problems that were missed six weeks ago at his annual visit! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST!

Great! The office is clean, professional, and well organized. I never have to wait and I'm able to choose the hygienist of my choice. Laurie did my teeth cleaning. She's wonderful. She always tells me ahead of time what she does and why. Most importantly, she never hurts me :-) Both dentists are great.

My daughter has worked for Drs. Brown and Nawrocki for 24 years and I have been a patient ever since. The quality of their dentistry is top of the line! The staff is very courteous and professional. The doctors and their assistants are very attentive and caring. They are the best!!!

Our dentist retired, and the practice was sold to Drs Brown and Nawrocki - always a time of trepidation! Not so, in this case. The office staff is so friendly and personable, I thought they must have picture ID's of the patients, as they know you by the second visit. The persona of the office is warm, helpful, individually interested in each one of the patients. The hygienists and dental assistants are skilled and proficient, all the while making you feel special, offering feedback on how you are doing with home care techniques and offering recommendations if something needs to be improved. Dr. Brown and Dr. Nawrocki treat you as though they have known you for a long while and are genuinely interested in the best oral care you need, but within the framework of what is affordable for you. They are skilled, and practice the highest standard of infection control and updated technique. There is no pain, good information about the procedure and great follow-through. Due to changes in my dental insurance and deterioration of a large filling, Dr. N is working me in to complete 'last minute' crown prep and seating, and will be working through his lunchtime to accommodate me! Both my husband and I are very pleased with our new dentists and support staff, and highly recommend them.

My husband’s family had been going to Dr. Brown for over 20 years when my family started to make the switch. We found our favorite Hygienist, Laurie, soon after. It is the little things she does for her patients that make a difference like the Vaseline for your lips and the warm wet wipe for after your cleaning. Who else thinks of those things? Laurie does every time.
It’s a beautiful office with great equipment and a friendly staff. They explain everything in detail and take time to answer any questions you may have. Nikki always calls to remind me of our appointments and gets us in when it is most convenient for us. They offer both early and late appointment times.
They are by far the best in town!!!

Tuesday afternoon I had two dental implants done by Dr. Nawrocki assisted by Sue Bagnell. Both of them are personable, professional, efficient, and work very well together. Sue answered my questions before the procedure and made me feel comfortable as I had never had an implant before. The procedure was done in exactly one hour with a local anesthetic and was more comfortably than a routine filling. I applied an icepack for a few minutes when I got home and took two Advil after dinner and one at bedtime. I had no pain or swelling. Consistent with the care I receive from Dr. Brown, Dr. Nawrocki, and their entire staff, Dr. Nawrocki called me in the evening to check on me.

It was the worst disaster having dental treatment in this clinic. Poor skill, mean assistant, no concern about patient's pain or the outcome of the care. No one should be treated like this.
actual treatment was done by the mean assistant while dentist was not around at all. I waisted $5,400 with more pain. I had to go to another competent and friendlier dentist with a lot better treatment and outcome with less money. I had to start from the scratch. I feel sorry for those people who goes to this clinic for poor care.
