Its very hard to reach them by phone because of their answering service. And we just need to hope they get the message and call back. I took away one star for this.
The dentists and receptionists working there are all first class and very nice and processional.
If not for that dreadful answering service and not allowing direct calls, they would have gotten 5 stars.

Not a good cleaning, calcium deposit on teeth I could feel with tongue. Also floss used was tearing up in my mouth. Had to specify to her, but she stated I was lucky to get flossed lol. I’m guessing the copay and insurance paying the office more than $100 isent enough for 140 yards $2 floss. Was brought in 20minutes after scheduled time. For X-ray, the women had done them more than 20 times no lie, due to not getting good scans first time around. Guess your copay provides you a extra dose of radiation as well.
