Just awful. Doctor stuck both hands in my mouth for exam and it felt more than uncomfortable . I said it’s painful , he refused using dental tools and said he can’t perform an exam and can’t help me . Usually good dentist easily perform exam with dentist mirror, air pressure and light . This was redicilous. And on the top of everything 1 xray isn’t enough

Our first visit was great. We were scheduled for a cleaning and some cavity maintenance a few weeks later but both on the same day. Apparently, the dentist that was to perform my son's cavity maintenance was transfered to another office and we didn't find out until we walked in for the appointments. They stated that they reached out to all patients a week prior to inform them all but I never received a call, missed call, voice-mail or any sort of information regarding the cancelation of appointment. The staff did their best to explain the situation but I was just bothered by the lack of communication. The receptionist did her best to accommodate us at the other location. The staff is very helpful.

I have had two appointments at this office and couldn't be more pleased with the quality of service and the friendliness of the staff. Very professional. Dr Gonzalez is kind, communicates the procedures clearly and seems to be an excellent dentist. Sharon, the assistant was excellent in her role as well. Very satisfied patient.

Dr. Tolson and Dina were very professional and courteous and kept me informed through every step of my procedure. I went in for a consultation and he performed the procedure right then and there painlessly and had me out in under an hour.

My first time at this place. The Dr and staff nice, but my appointment was at 9am and didn’t get back to room till 10. Only did X-rays and Dr exam...couldn’t get cleaning same day cause hygienist not there....that only took less than 5 minutes....left office at 11am. My baby sitter was late for her job because I was so long...this is the only place that I can come for my insurance. I have to have a couple procedures done, hopefully my next appointment will be on schedule.

I have always had good experiences at Greenberg Dental offices. It appears that everyone including the dentist have been excellently trained in their professional field but, also, in customer service - how they treat their customers. It is a pleasure doing business with them.
