Rude Staff. This is why people Stop going to the Dentist. I waited over a year for this appointment. I took care of my own teeth that entire time. Sitting in the waiting room for 2 hours while people that came in after me got to go before me. They obviously did not want me there. Full On Discrimination.

Had a cleaning appointment at 9:30am arrived at 9:15 did not get seen until a little after 10:30 then she stopped in the middle of the cleaning and said she can’t do anymore I needed to reschedule. I was also told I should have came earlier because I normally get a little numbed up for a cleaning and I should have told the front girls that I need injections first. I realized they were running behind, so before I was seen I asked if I should just reschedule and was told oh no it won’t be much longer.

The ladies at the front were so nice, I made a scheduling mistake but they still got us in. They also helped me get my uncle to the car in the rain (he’s in a wheelchair). He also loved how gentle the dentist was-a high compliment coming from him!

The staff is amazing, skilled ,helpful, and friendly. My dentist Dr. Gonzalez is so friendly and gentle. Highly recommend!
Update 2021 visit:Sharon , Dr Gonzalez assistant was wonderful and knowledgeable as well as Patty who cleaned my teeth. Learned new things today and I’m so appreciative!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I took my son for an orthodontist appointment. What a joke! The office staff were RUDE. The orthodontist looked at his teeth about 2 minutes then told me he needed 2teeth pulled. I had already taken him to Dr DeSantis 1 month ago but didn’t realize our dental insurance did not cover so I made an appointment with Greenberg in Daytona because they didn’t have an orthodontist in the Ormond office. Dr. DeSantis said that he didn’t need any teeth pulled. Then they hand me a treatment plan which was about 5300.00, with a balance of 3400.00. I asked about our insurance because I and my ex husband were both told it would only be 1000.00 after insurance. I was told to talk to their insurance girl who I never seen or talked to because they sent me to the waiting room. I’m assuming she was at lunch but after waiting with 2 starving kids ready for lunch, I just left. I was so disappointed with their staff at the desk, the office could have been a lot cleaner and I felt it was a complete scam!!! I then called my ex to discuss this and we both decided to use Dr.DeSantis, pay out of pocket and not even bother with insurance since we know her great reputation, clean office, nice staff and that his teeth will be fixed right. Not to mention that she was over a thousand dollars cheaper than these fly by night scam dental practices. I repeat, do not go here! They are not cheaper! They are a rip off! I just wish I would have read the reviews before wasting my time!!!
