Changing 1 star to 2 after employee threatened me to change it. She said my review was in my patient file.. and that the owner would be very upset with me if he were to hear about this. At first I was caught off guard. . Sitting in the dentist chair waiting on the dr. I thought about what review she was even talking about, remembering this visit. The dental assistant sitting with me was very kind and I explained to her what I remembered and was quite upset at how I had just been approached by an unknown staff member. She kept saying "you need to change your review before the dr sees it. If he finds out it won't be good. We have done a lot for you and your family"...this review is in patient record.. and so on. Once I thought about what in the world she was referring to, I remembered the new dr that had broken my sons tooth at a different location about a year ago.. This conversation has really troubled me. They assumed also that I gave 1 star because I disliked a lady at the front desk.. who can be quite rude also. I thought about this the past few days and decided to update this post, but I will still tell the truth about what happened and upgrade to 2 stars. I will not recommend the dr at the palm bay location. I am sure the owner she referenced to would not appreciate how his patient has been treated and honestly hoping he sees this. They threatened to tell you, so I will. People deserve the truth. Put that in my record as well. Want to add, Suntree and Lake Washington locations are amazing. I can say 100% that Dr Mujeeb is amazing and the only one I will take my family to. also, Krystal you are incredible. So helpful and transparent. Thank you both. **
Dr doing my sons root canal split his tooth in half. Called to apologize on voicemail however when I tried calling back to ask more details, calls never returned. Dr glued sons tooth back and I was told I had to find a surgeon to see if tooth was saveable or if needed to be extracted. Cost quite a bit and not even able to get staff to return calls. Love NID at other locations. Will avoid this one.

I have had and is continuing to have a great experience with New Image Dentistry. I actually look forward to going to this Dentist. The staff is awesome and friendly, the Dentist is great, they take care of their patients. Recently i had three teeth pulled and it was a pain free experience. Except for the needles. (Lol) . I have had root canals, extractions and crowns and each experience has been a good one. I highly recommend this facility to anyone that is looking for a great dental experience.

Spent lots of money on two crowns a filling in September 2021. Have had tons of sensitivity that I've called multiple times to ask about. Was told it was normal for the first few months. In February 2022, sensitivity turned into unbearable pain that would make me cry. Went to an emergency doctor (was told this place had no doctors for a couple days) and he was confused why I didn't have a root canal on two of the teeth Dr Nour worked on here because the enamel was completely gone and covering it has lead to a huge infection. Had to get an emergency root canal and new filling with antibiotics and have to schedule a root canal and new crown, which I'll be paying out of pocket for since my insurance is gone due to the visits I had here and my emergency visit.... DEFINITELY recommend going elsewhere.

Office manager dawn is completely unprofessional, I paid 1400 for a root canal before the pandemic and was scheduled to have the permanent crown delivered and then they were shut down. In that time my dentist left and when I called they said they would get back to me. Fast forward it never happened so I am trying to figure out how to get this fixed. Dawn says they no longer have my crown because of the time which would be fine if anyone from their office ever contacted me to let me know they would be disposing of it. I asked her where the crown is and she tells me It is ludicrous to ask her. I ask did anyone contact me before they got rid of the crown she says they would have . I said well they did not so do you have anything in your records showing them reaching out to me before disposing of the crown. She refuses to answer and hangs up on me. Not sure where that is in the employee handbook.

I have been a patient at New Image Dentistry for over 10 years as well as my husband and our daughter we don't have nothing to complain about. Our hygienist Stephanie is super nice, she takes time to care for our teeth as well as explaining any other treatments needed. The dentist is very knowledgeable, and one more thing the place is very clean.

This was my daughter’s 1st trip to the dentist. Her hygienist was amazingly patient. The fact that they could appreciate it all was her 1 at time and that she might be apprehensive was wonderful. This is were my husband a I had gone, but it will now be the dentist for our whole family!

My hygenist was very informative and has gentle hands. For someone with sensitive teeth, I had no issues, no pain. The staff are very very nice
